Diner Reviews
  • "This all inclusive "Sunday Brunch" is the best around (not to be confused with their regular breakfast offerings). The extensive food selections included great sushi, salads, grilled meats, vegetable dishes, killer blue cheese gnocchi, large fresh shrimp, lox, custom omelets, delectable desserts, and unlimited bloody marys or mimosa. Of special note on deserts....the selection was fantastic and always includes house made ice cream-yum! Price includes parking. Early seating times are very busy due to hotel guests using this same facility for regular breakfast service. Also, opt for a table in the area closest to the open kitchen where the hot foods are served. This location avoids traveling through tables and traffic. Great brunch!"

  • "Be prepared to pawn your jewelry. Can you believe $70 for a salad, fried calamari and a tuna roll? oh add a bottle of pelligrino. While it includes a service charge (...ie. gratuity--so be careful you don't add another 15% inadvertently)....this is still an outrageous amount for lunch.......even for a beach hotel! Be forewarned."

  • "For $65 pp I expected the buffet to be top notch. Dining at the Fontainebleau many years ago used to be a sublime experience. Sadly it no longer is. The stone crabs were thawed from frozen and dripping with moisture you could squeeze out of the meat, served without the iconic mustard sauce. They had a large variety but most hot dishes were not hot, the prime rib sub-par. The desserts were just OK."

  • "Very little ambiance. More a place for breakfast. Went to the Thanksgiving buffet and will not return. Food was good...not great. Was not expecting table clothes....but not even place mats on the tables. More an informal walk in with flip-flops type place."

  • "I met a friend for a late lunch and the restaurant was only 10% full. The food was good, the service was better. The waiters were friendly, and eager to please. The biggest draw back is that I had to pay $20 to valet park (plus tip) which made the lunch more expensive. If the restaurant validates, the hostess/waiter should have offered to stamp my parking ticket upon learning (they asked) that I wasn't a hotel guest. If the restaurant doesn't validate, it should. The parking is a major deterrent for me when I next want to meet a friend on Miami Beach."
