We made our reservation days earlier on Open Table, only to arrive at an empty restaurant. We were the only table, and there were 5 of us. The waitress was very nice, very knowledgeable about the menu. We placed our order and ordered an appetizer for the table, and then we did not receive the appetizer, did not receive a mention about the appetizer. The food arrived slower than we expected (since we were the only table), but the presentation, the flavor and the portions were all outstanding. The five of us ordered different things, and shared samples of each. The menu and food was first class.

Two of us had Saturday brunch. At 9:30, we were the first guests, so we had the sole attention of the waitstaff. The food was exactly as advertised and was very tasty. I will be going again to try something else, as the whole menu looked great!

The food was delicious. We had the lamb, pork tenderloin, and filet. Extra rolls can be ordered after the first four complimentary ones, but I think most oeople would be more likely to order more if they were served warm. The key lime cheesecake and the mango sherbet were both treats. Can't wait to go again.

I had heard good things about this restaurant, but the food exceeded my expectations. Portions were generous and the selection was outstanding. I had the beet salad and the pork tenderloin. The meat was tender and delicious and the beet salad was large enough to share. I was too full for dessert, but people in my party enjoyed the pot de creme and found it delightful. I will absolutely be coming back and hope that others experience this hidden gem.

Second time to dine at Viceroy after drinks at rooftop bar and again was excellent. Very happy I recommended. We were served by the same waiter . Sean, who is a jewel. One of my guests owns Stoller Estate Winery in Oregon and we were all happy with the wine selection. Will continue to recommend until disappointed, which I hope does not happen.

The food was good, not great. My husband is allergic to pine nuts. Fortunately, he noticed the pine nuts before he ate his entrée. It was not on the menu nor did the waitress know that they were in his food. I really felt that the prices were too high.

Had a fun night out with my daughters and decided to try the Viceroy. Excellent choice - we started with a chef's special appetizer, the Ceviche, and it was amazing, we also had the fried okra that was delicious as well. Then we ordered the Sea Bass, also the chef's special, the Shrimp Liguine and the Macaroni and cheese, we proceeded to share each dish and everything was very good. The chef came out to the table a couple of times to make sure all was well and that was a very nice touch! Service was great. Very fun and friendly atmosphere. Will happily go back. Also went up to the rooftop bar and had another pleasant experience there.

Food was average. Rooftop bar was very nice and a good place for a drink with friends. I felt that the food was only average but was expensive enough it should have been excellent. I had a beef tenderloin that was very tender but almost tasteless. Menu is limited. Asked the waiter about one of the meals offered and he had no idea.

We had a lovely dinner. It was not crowded at all since we picked 4th of July. The food was very good. We had the fried calamari, Glazed salmon, Steak/fries and coffee chocolate cheese cake. Drinks were great. Can't remember the names of the alcoholl. Everything was perfect. O bar was a nice looking bar. Didn't spend much time there. We plan on coming to the bar soon.

We've been anticipating dining at the Viceroy since it's opening. We were, for the most part, the only diners. Service was outstanding but I expected nothing less since we were his only table. The appetizer of calamari arrived quickly and very hot. It was also rubber, though the dipping sauce was delicious. My potato and curry soup was an intersting blend of flavors - nicely done. My husband's salad was fine. He had the German selection, which was overcooked. I had the BBQ Talequah Chicken which came from a skinny chicken but was well cooked. The baked beans were hard and undercooked. The fingerling potato salad was great. This plus one well drink came to $106.00. I can spend less and get better food. I will try again but only once more.

Beautiful, small, intimate place. Problem was the service was lousy. It took over 40 minutes to get our lunch served and that was after having to ask the server. The food was great. The lunch menu is lacking. Just a few items to choose from. I would definitely go back but make sure you have plenty of time!

The restaurant is a lovely setting. I had requested a quiet table, and we were seated in a corner booth which fit the request very well. Our only complaint was that the booth seats are so soft the table was almost under our chins when we sat down. There were only about 10 people eating that evening, and the only waiter wasn't as attentive as he could have been. I know it is hard to judge what is needed when a new restaurant is starting out, and especially when it is in a new hotel. I have had lunch and dinner now, and the food has been quite good as far as I am concerned. I just think some of the "kinks" are yet to be worked out. Just don't go away!

Recommend with reservation. Restaurant décor and layout very nice & Quiet. Service was spotty, sometimes very attentive, sometimes where did they go? We all thought menu a bit overpriced. My wife and I had prime rib. The piece of meat was a nice potion, not too fatty, well marbled as a prime rib should be. It did not come with au jus or horse radish sauce, had to ask. HR sauce portions were unbelievably small. The au jus arrived in a ramekin to be shared by me and my wife! The brocollini side was uninspired, boring, bland, unseasoned. We had no salt & pepper on table!! Had to share them with table next to us. For the price, I think they could have had seasoning on each table. Restaurants need offer a main and two side dishes as the entrée!!

We started our evening with a drink at Vast and then asked the Ambassador driver to pick us up there and drive us to the Viceroy, great little perk! We live in OKC and used Uber to go downtown. When we arrived at the Ambassador we went to the Viceroy and checked in with Tyler and were told that our table was not quite ready, so we went up to their bar O to wait. We were not in a hurry so we enjoyed the time and loved the atmosphere. We sat at the bar. The bartender was very charming and talked to us about mixing drinks, which I enjoyed. I believe his name was Donny and made us great Manhattans! Can't say enough good about the dinner, the atmosphere and especially Tyler, Simeon and Donny. They understand the personal touch - impressive!!!

The new restaurant at the Ambassador Hotel in midtown OKC is very good - the food was delicious although they were out of several items we wanted to order. The service was very good as well and the ambience was upscale, a good place for a date or dinner with a few friends. I would recommend it! We also went to the 7th floor bar and it is a great spot for drinks with a view of downtown OKC and trendy, upscale furnishings, cozy chairs and good service.
