  • "Over the past few years we have tried all the steakhouses in AC. This tops them all. The meats are all fantastic and prepared just right. The appetizer's are interesting and tasty ( you have to try the Quail); but like the other steakhouses, the side dishes are plain, boring in-fact. This is the place we go back to when we have to have that great steak!"

  • "I selected this place bc I didn't "just" go back to Morton's (we love Morton's but wanted to give another place a try -- while we were at Vic & Ant's we found out that they and Morton's are in the same company). Our server, Anthony, was very good. He was extremely knowledgable of his menu and have a plethora of suggestions. The food was well paced between courses--we didn't feel rushed, not were we waiting for the next to arrive. The cocktails were great. The food was unbelievable. We ordered the filet and the strip. As sides, potato ua gratin and creamed spinach. Delicious!!! The house also have a complementary bday dessert. Such a wonderful experience that we will visit our local V&A's in NYC for our next special occasion!!"

  • "went there for restaurant week because wanted to try it. not normally into high prices and snotty people..i am into good food, great service, fun atmosphere and laughs. if i liked it i was definetly going back. the whole reason for restaurant week. though i think they wanted me to order from the regular menu.got the vibe. my waiter was great. the food was ok except for the $10.00 side of very salty mushrooms to eat with the prime rib. and when i had to use the bathroom it was out of the restaurant and out by the gaming floor."

The steaks were outstanding, as were the potatoes and the sauces. We went during Restaurant Week, so we had a superb meal including salad or soup and dessert for $33.00 a person."

  • "This restaurant exceeded my expectations. I had the filet, it was prepared perfectly and melted in my mouth. The crabcake was real crab without fillers and the au gratin potatoes were to die for. Service was incredible, old school - front waiter/back waiter, Anthony and Jerry were attentive and well educated on wines, foods, etc. A great dining experience."

  • "We have eaten at Vic & Anthony's on previous occasions and have always enjoyed our meals and the atmosphere, as well as the service. There was no real difference this time, except that the key lime pie I had for dessert was not as smooth and creamy as I remembered (it is a favorite of mine, so I was disappointed). The rest of our meal was excellent (lobster bisque, petit sirloin and Yukon gold potatoes, shrimp and pappardelle In a spicy sauce). We would recommend this restaurant and will return there soon."

  • "We had a great meal at Vic and Anthony's steakhouse in the Golden Nugget, Atlantic City. The staff were outstanding and extremely attentive. The meal, although expensive, was very good. This is a typical, upscale steakhouse, meaning the regular menu will set you back quite a bit. We dined using the restaurant week menu, which was less in price, but I must admit, the food was great. This isn't a place we would frequent, but for special occasions, we would come back and recommend this to others."

  • "…everything else was meh. Seated right near the bar, so basically an Applebees ambience, only louder. "Chips and straws" appetizer was greasy. All the other food was very good, but does EVERYTHING on the menu need to be over-the-top rich? Service was spotty at best. Very focused on getting every last crumb off the table, and yet let us sit with HUGE menus in our hands (no place to put them down on small table for 4) while both bread and the appetizer were delivered to the table. The wine we ordered was not available (server said it was discontinued, so why not cross it off the menu?). For the price, there are a lot better (and equally delicious) restaurants in AC!"

  • "Enjoyed outing. Salads (Caesar/Wedge) "normal." Entree's "ok." "Petit" was "super petit." Mixed vegetables included carrots that were either tastefully crunchy, or moderately undercooked, depending on your preference (I guess). Key Lime pie was mostly graham cracker crust (pastry shell); barely tasted key lime. Wife's cheese cake was a little grainy, not creamy. Nice atmosphere, located in good spot, with easy access to Casino Life."

  • "Excellent dining experience -- unlike other fancy steakhouses we've dined at, the steak was truly the hero of the evening: my ribeye was perfectly cooked medium rare and my partner had never experienced a well-done cooked filet as sublime as she did here. Service was remarkably outstanding, as the restaurant quickly & satisfactorily addressed an issue that was no fault of their own. This has become our new favorite dining spot in Atlantic City!"

  • "The food was excellent, but the bus boy needs to be trained better!! While I was eating bread over my plate the bus boy asked me if I was done and started reaching for my plate! He also did this to another person I was dining with while she was eating her dessert! I also have a pet peeve with restaurants that they should not remove anyone's plate during a course until all the members of our dinner party have finished. We had one person out of four that was still trying to eat and the other three were sitting there with no plates in front of them. This makes it uncomfortably for the person trying to eat to hurry and that is not what eating out is all about!"
