A word from Vic & Angelo's - Delray Beach
Vic & Angelo's menu items are inspired by our desire to transform the American approach to fine, Italian dining into a memorable experience that pays homage to the authentic culinary traditions of Italy.
We have traveled the world looking for the greatest dishes and finest ingredients. We take pride in only importing the freshest products and ingredients for our culinary delights. Our sauces are made with San Marzano tomatoes imported from directly from Naples and our pizza dough contains water imported from New York.
Each of our signature Italian dishes are created in house, using traditional cooking methods practiced by Italians for countless generations. We even hand-make our pasta, mozzarella and sausage!
Our atmosphere is warm and friendly, yet elegant and refined. We believe in the traditional Italian dinner, where everyone comes together to feast. So we invite our guests to sit down, relax, and enjoy their food and conversation with family and friends.

My boyfriend & I celebrated our 4 year anniversary here and we loved every second of it. Our waiter, Mossimo, was great, the food was great, the wine was great, the atmosphere was perfect. Our night started great as soon as we walked up to the hostess stand, she was sweet. We had a great time & are looking forward to going again. Plus, the half of all wine bottles on Mondays is a great a deal!

The food was good, a little pricey but big enough portions that we all had left overs. The waiter was a bit slow and did't plan to take our entree order until our appetizer had come out. The timing ended up being pretty ideal so I guess he's done this before. My biggest complaint is the noise level. They were playing music that would be quite loud and then all of a sudden, turned way down. Hard to carry on a dinner conversation.

Food and service always good. The garlic bread was my favorite but not anymore. It used to be so much better. No pieces of garlic with butter and Parmesan like before. Nuts in salad were burnt. Tiramisu was not edible. The entrees and wine were good and staff was very accommodating. I hope they fix the garlic bread. It was their signature opening act along with their complimentary bottled water.

5 diners with a reservation kind of got stuck at a back booth...busy Saturday night so ok. Out of 5 entrees had to send two back (veal and osso bucco) no problem but stick to the basics here. Veal marsala was so bad beyond words - curiously the sides were delish. Still like the place.

First time at this restaurant- our party of 4 sat outside- great location and really in the 'mix' of things for downtown DeRay Beach. Food, service, and ambiance were great. Only niggle is the music was way too loud blaring on the loudspeakers... which made coversations and overall noise level very high.

OUR FIRST VISIT STARTED WITH THE HOSTESS TRYING TO SEAT US AT A TABLE THAT WOULD BARELY FIT TWO PEOPLE. IF WE ARE SPENDING $100 FOR DINNER, WE WOULD LIKE TO BE COMFORTABLE. AFTER SEATING US IN A SIDE ROOM AT A NORMAL SIZE TABLE, OUR WAITRESS GREETED US AND DID NOT RUSH US. OUR CALAMARI APPETIZER WAS SPOT ON: FRESH AND COOKED PERFECTLY. THE VEAL MILANESE MAIN PLATE SALAD WAS LARGE AND ALSO COOKED TO PERFECTION. THE SPINACH FETTACINE WITH CRAB MEAT WAS ALSO DELISH. OVERALL, A GOOD DINING EXPERIENCE AND WE WILL BE BACK.

The food was pretty standard-issue Italian food, but fresh and plentiful. The salads are overflowing and the pastas are very good. It can get a little busy and loud for weekend dinners. When we ate there on a Saturday evening, the bar had run out of Corona's, which seemed a bit surprising for a busy neighborhood place. But the service was very good overall.

This was my third dinner at this restaurant. Food was adequately prepared but not exceptional. Presentation lacking. Portions were very meager. Entire menu very overpriced even for a downtown Delray restaurant. Ambience not acceptable for dining, due to noise level including freight train surprises.

I had a late night dinner Saturday at Vic and Angelos, a fun location right on Atlantic Ave, so a people-watching spot. The interior has numerous low tables and some high tops, so dinners can be intimate or casual. The veal marsala was very good, and the linguine with clams also outstanding. Service was attentive without hovering. Overall, a very good dining experience.

The restaurant was a bit different than what I expected, in a good way. Based on what I had heard from others and read in the media, I expected a more semi-formal dining experience. This restaurant was a bit more on the casual side. Our party had chicken alfredo, lasagna, John's Mom's meatballs, and veal in marzano sauce. We had a stuffed clams appetizer. The food was great. The staff was outstanding. We arrived a few minutes earlier than our reservation time, and our table was ready for us. Our server was very attentive, and knew the menu well. Yes, we'll be back. I've got to try John's Mom's Sunday Gravy!

Great restaurant...but often I feel like my reservation is irrelevant. I often wait 20 minutes or so, unless I am willing to sit in the back outside or a high top. Really? Either give me options of acceptable areas (outside front, outside side, bar, etc) or hold open a reasonable table near my appointed time. People were walking up and being seated quicker. Why have a reservation then. IM A LOCAL and eat here often.

The waitor carmine didn't see us be seated so we were ignored for the first 10 minutes. He offered no bread had to ask another waitor for bread. Calamari was tough and linguini with clams was bland. Could not wait to leave which too forever as the waitor never came back to pick up the check. Had to pay at the bar. Will never go back

The food and drink (including a 2-person salad, 2 large pasta dishes, 2 glasses of wine) was very good, albeit slightly pricey (standard wine was about $9 / glass or about 67% of the retail cost of the bottle). Pasta was very good and large portion sizes. I was a bit disappointed when our two-person party was seated at a standard, 4-person table, as there were about 5 booths (4-person booths, same size as the table) that were open right next to us (unknown number throughout the rest of the restaurant). However, they would not sit us there because they "don't sit two people at a booth." I asked the server as well - same policy. None of the five booths were taken throughout the hour dinner. After seating, service was slow, but polite.

Ossobuco was like someone opened the can of tomatoes sauce and add to the meet, price too expensive $48.00 my friends plate chicken millanesa salad was very thinner and homemade spinach fettuccini was extremely over cook. Water was so hot, very noise e very pricey. Save your money and go somewhere else!

We have frequented Vic and Angelo's quite a few times, always a pleasure. The food is a cut above your typical Italian fare, the breads and pasta are excellent. Service is always good, however our server, Guillermo (aka "G" if you prefer) was an excellent host. He was attentive, helpful, generous with ideas for our meal, and a warm and friendly person as well as being the consumate professional. We'll make sure we always ask to be in his section in future visits.
