Via Emilia - The WoodlandsThis is only the second timeThis is only the second time I have been to the restaurant since Via Emilia's expanded. I had a nice quiet spot for myself and my dinner guest. We each had an individual glass of wine, a nice appetizer and main course and these huge servings of lemon sorbet for dessert. I am always greeted w/ a smile and usually by name. Whether I order a salad or shrimp, I am treated as if I have been of service to the restaurant. I ordered the Osso Buco, excellent--mentioned to the waiter it was the best Osso Buco I ever had, My wife had the braised pork shank, great presentation, she commented that it looked beautiful and tasted that way too.4/5/2013 12:00:00 AMExcellent food and serviceRestaurant was packed on a Saturday night, we made the mistake of not making reservations this time. We waited in the bar & had some drinks. The bar is huge, great place to just relax and have a couple drinks and appetizers.
