  • "My husband and I took my parents there for their 45th Anniversary brunch. They delivered champagne to the table....without asking!! Wonderful people there!! Love it!"

  • "The meats were excellent (and plentiful) .. the made-to-order breakfast items were very, very, good .. the "hot" items on the salad bar - delicious ... the salad bar items were tasty but on the skimpy side (also not enough variety. The service staff was tops!!!! The Lobster Bisque and the bacon-wrapped filrt were outstanding. The strawberry juice was tasteless - it seemed watered down. Overall --- worth the trip across town."

  • "Very consistent in food quality and service. Highly recommend dining here!"

  • "This restaurant is gorgeous and has EXCELLENT food and service. Great quality of meats and even the salad bar rocks! They have a wonderful lobster bisque (who would have thought) and a really good rigatoni ala vodka on the bar in addition to numerous other cold and warm items. For meats, what a selection! My favorites are the garlic steak and the prime rib. My husband loves the filet wrapped in bacon and the tri-tip. Definitely try the garlic bread...YUM! This was our first time in here and will not be our last. James, our server, was fabulous! We will ask for him again! GREAT place! Better than all of the strip buffets, far better quality and service."

  • "Celebrating our anniversary and my birthday. Via went well out of their way to make it a very special occasion. Coupon for my birthday and champagne for our anniversary. Made for an extra special night. Top that off with service that in no way could be any better and a meal to die for and it made for a perfect celebration."

  • "We had Sunday brunch, our eighth time at Via Brasil and second brunch in the past three years. The service is always good; the room is attractive; but of course the star of the show is the food. It is plentiful, and it is delicious. One tip: get on the restaurant's e-mail list, and wait for their special offers. When we went on Sunday we paid just $19.99 per person for the "limited" menu. Their "limited" menu is amazing: it included made-to-order omlettes, waffles and eggs Benedict; a large salad bar (which had beef carpaccio, lobster bisque and chicken Marsala, in addition to other hot and cold dishes); and the circulating hot meat skewers -- including tri-tip, prime rib, top sirloin, filet, pork shoulder and turkey -- came by frequently."

  • "I took my mom for brunch on Mother's Day. There was a long line; however, we had a 12:00pm reservation and were seated within 10 minutes of arrival...very pleased. You could tell some patrons were taking out their frustrations (with the Mother's Day crowd) on the staff yet everyone remained calm, concerned about the patrons, and managed smiles when greeting everyone. Overall a great treat for my mom on this special day."

  • "This restaurant is not just a carnivores paradise; they have a terrific salad bar - the lobster bisque was delicious. Pick your meats carefully. I was so full by the they got to their signature dish I was overstuffed. The desserts were also outstanding; just a great value and dining experience. I would highly recommend it. If you stay in Red Rock this restaurant is a must."

  • "We went on a Friday night. The place was full, but didn't seem so. Low light, quiet, attentive staff. The salad and soup bar was a treat, the meat entrees were beautifully prepared, and the sides were delicious and plentiful. Excellent, truly excellent, service! I will definitely be back soon. Enjoy!"

  • "My wife and I went to Via Brasil to celebrate our anniversary. The salad bar, while smaller than some others was filled with delicious offerings. The clams and mussel were especially good. The Brazilian Meats were good, with a couple of unusual offerings like chicken heart and pork shoulder. We mostly enjoyed the more standard selections like bacon wrapped filet and beef ribs. What put Via Brasil ahead of the competition, in my opinion, was the service. We were seated immediately upon arrival, and the servers were top notch throughout the evening."

  • "I took my girlfriend here for Valentine's Day and it was fantastic. It was obviously very busy but the service and food quality were not affected, which can often happen on holidays. The meats were delicious and the salad bar was good as well. You can't beat it."
    Dined on 2/14/2014
  • "They overbooked for Valentine's day, so the wait was about 25 min after our reservation, which isn't the end of the world. The food was fine, but not as great as billed. Overall ok, but we won't be going back. The servers were great though, contrary to some other reviews I saw, but the bar staff left a little to be desired."

  • "It was the 14th and Valentine's day, so I understand that; there was a massive bunch of people waiting to be seated when we showed up at 8:10 pm. I understand that our reservation was at 8:30 and because the dinners were lingering we ended up waiting until 9:15 to be seated. I understand that the staff was stressed since other dinners that were not being seated in a timely manner were yelling, confrontational and abrasive. I understand that the restaurant was very busy so the bottle of wine that I ordered did not show up until after my appetizer was finished. I don't understand why a business would not take such a great opportunity to shine and give motive for their patrons to come back again and again."

  • "Been to Via Brasil many times, food & service have always been impeccable. I took my husband there for Valentine's Day & they were very busy but not at capacity. Had to wait at least 20 min for our waiter to ask us what we wanted for dessert & 15 min to get the dessert. Then had to wait another 15 min for our check & after another 10 min the manager came to ask how dinner was. She actually took our check & we sat another 15 min after which we were able to finalize the check and leave. As we were leaving, there must have been 25 people waiting for a table. If everyone who was there had to wait as long as we did to get their check, that explains the crowd of people waiting for a table. Needed more staff for that busy night."

  • "They took a reservation of 25 at 10:00 on a Saturday night. I'm sure they would love to have rushed us in and out but instead they were amazing. We had eight families and they had no problem splitting the bill. Great food, great service."

  • "Via Brazil delivers excellent service and food to die for. A little pricey BUT the adage you want to get what you pay for applies here. Don't go if you are not hungry. The salad bar is a meal in itself. I enjoyed all the meats and my wife had just the salad bar. Another excellent meal!"

  • "Two of us went for New Year's Eve party. We were seated. 15 minutes and no one came over. I went to the bar, got some drinks, came back and sat down. After 30 more minutes, we went to the salad bar and started eating because we were hungry. Still no waiter. Finally I asked a lady who was walking around if we could get some service. She apologized and got someone over. A guy came by and put a meat plate in front of me, only me (no green/red card). My date didn't get a plate. After 20 minutes I flag down the lady again; she apologized and went and got us the red green card for meat and another plate. They never came again! $159.98, and our New Year's Eve out! No service at all. NEVER AGAIN! Don't waste your time/money here."

  • "If you have never been to a Brazilian Rodizio then you are in for a treat. Servers come out non stop with different kinds of meats from filet to sirloin, prime rib, pork, chicken, turkey, lamb, sausages, etc. It is a meat lovers paradise. The salad bar is very extensive as well. The service is excellent and they make sure that everything is to one's satisfaction. In addition, if one is interested in a specific type of meat, one can request it and they will promptly bring it out. While the price might seem steep for some, you have to realize that it is all you can eat and we are talking about high quality meats. Well worth the price, in my opinion. Will definitely return."

  • "Most servers were friendly but a few could have been a little more pleasant. To times it was a very long wait between each time the meat came to the table and we had to ask for the servers to come to our table."

  • "We had decided as a family to go to Las Vegas this year and Christmas Eve was the day everyone would all be together. I scoured the websites and we found Via Brasil. I will say it is super expensive and if you like a specific type of steak it would be better to go have a steak for $35-50 instead of the $60+++ they charge per plate. This is an extreme every once in a while type of place to take 11 people (our family who could make it). They did step up and do what they could for us and honor our requests for foods not wrapped in bacon. We have a few "non-pork/ham/pig" people. In the end it was a great memory!"

  • "Staff is very friendly and attentive. Never had to ask for more drinks as they were asking you if you needed another or filling your glass of water/cola before you emptied it. Food was excellent! Very tasty and very frequent. If you like Brazilian food you have to make it out to this place."
    Dined on 12/19/2013
  • "When I got the check I noticed we were charged for two desserts and two coffee's for each person. I pointed that out to the waiter who didn't seem happy so I don't know if he did it on purpose or not. He did remove the double charge for the desserts but not for the coffee."

  • "A great selection of meats. All excellently prepared and offered as much as you can eat. Also, fairly good desserts."

  • "Been here once on a quiet weekday night & once on a busy holiday. Food was very good. On the Thanksgiving holiday meal, all the other varieties of meats circulated non-stop, but the turkey came around once & portion served was very small. Asked several waiters several times for more turkey to no avail. Waited incredibly long time after we stopped the meat service before flagging down the manager to get a waiter to come round for coffee & dessert orders. Coffee came fairly quickly but had to wait so long for waiter to return to take our dessert order that we decided to go elsewhere for dessert. Though slow, the wait staff & manager were cordial & the price reasonable."

  • "Gave this a try when Texas de Brazil messed up my reservation. Here, you have more side dishes to choose from and they will bring more if you want! Side dishes were very good! The meat selection was good, not as salty as Texas de Brazil, and very good quality! But what really stands out is the service. Wow! Friendly and efficient! I would come back here again!"

  • "We enjoyed our meal very much. The picanha was our favorite meat out of all the many choices; and there were many choices. Lamb, prime rib, tri-tip, flank steak, folet mignon, sausages, chicken, ribs and on and on it went. If you don't turn your little card over, the waiters keep bringing the selections! The salads and sides were plentiful and the Malbec we chose was very good with everything. They also offer a variety of sangrias to choose from. The strawberry-kiwi was tasty. If you have never been to a Brazilian steakhouse, try this one. Itnwas very good."
