Checking on us to make sure we were enjoying everything. Really lacking in the wines by the glass department but we were able to find a nice half bottle of cabernet. The banana flambé is to die for! And the caramel flan wasn't to far behind. Didn't do much for anniversary, split a half a glass of champagne between 2 of us for a small toast. The salad/soup bar is spectacular [a meal in itself] and the variety of meat carved table-side is excellent. Although the food is consistently very good, the high level of customer service [professional, but friendly] is what makes Via Brasil the best. The servers/carvers immediately respond to your needs or special requests. Save room for the bacon-wrapped garlic sirloin/filet. We are locals so we eat here at least once a month.3/8/2013 12:00:00 AM
