Via45 is a rustic Italian eatery. The dining room is warm and inviting, with its Tuscan country feel and a European-style common table for people to gather.
The plates are made "in the moment", using fresh ingredients from local markets.
The chefs claudette and lauren write a suggested menu for the evening. Guests can recreate their dish to accommodate personal preferences and dietary needs.
The menu allows for gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan choices.
Via45 is a bring your "O", and catering for special events and private parties is available.

Nice casual atmosphere. Food is always good and custom every night with the handwritten menus. Chef makes the time to visit the tables to see how you have enjoyed the meal and the dining experience.

Absolutely outstanding dining experience! We loved the atmosphere of an authentic Italian place, yet the food was mostly unique and unbelievably delicious. Wouldn't mind driving an hour and a half from where we live to Via45 again.

Has a lovely dinner. The food was EXCELLENT. Our party had a bit of everything. Fish, Steak, Chicken...all prepared fresh. So good. The scallops were so prepared perfectly. Loved them. If your thinking of going..go. You will be happy you did. Make reservations for a weekend dinner as it fills up.

We were pleasantly surprised even after reading the stellar reviews. All the food was just so flavorful. The vibe is more laid back and dress leans towards casual. The patrons are there to enjoy a great dinner and everything we tried was outstanding. Our waiter was friendly and knowledgeable. We weren't rushed out the door, we were encouraged to take our time and enjoy our meal. We will definitely be coming back.

This is the second time I have been to Via 45 and I was not disappointed. The food was excellent - again. Our group had several appetizers. The grilled romaine salad & sausage, bean and kale stand out most. My entree was Scallops Provencal. The scallops were perfectly cook and delicious. We ended the evening with peanut butter mousse topped with chocolate gnash and sea salt brownies - pure heaven! As for atmosphere - the dinning room has a very rustic italian vibe - it reminds me of a bistro I went to in Florence. The noise level was moderate. There was (thankfully) no music playing - as that would have made it difficult to have a conversation especially in a large group (6). I will definitely return!

Food was amazing! Any item on their menu could also be made GLUTEN FREE to accommodate someone, like myself, with CELIAC DISEASE. Had pasta in vodka sauce which was delicious AND they even made gluten free desserts. The turtle brownie was a great ending to a great meal. I definitely recommend this restaurant.
