Although starters were a bit slow to come out, everything else arrived promptly. I had a lovely beet salad and white tuna tartar, and my husband had excellent beef carpaccio with black truffle foam (delicious!), and veal pappardelle that he enjoyed very much. Cheese plate for dessert was a great finish as 2 out of 3 cheeses were superb. Meanwhile I indulged in a glass of 1998 port accompanied by a truffle. We really liked that the restaurant was divided into sections with different noise/music levels so we appreciated being in a quiet space that was nicely decorated and well laid out. The food and ambience were both world class. The chef has a mastery of pasta and risotto, and the wine list was presented in a very knowledgable manner. It was on a Friday night, so the restaurant area was almost empty, but the bar & patio were rocking. So was the food, the lobster pasta was done perfectly el dente and very tasty.
