I dined here twice last week. The first time both my guest and I ordered the fish special which was a sea bass with risotto. It was absolutely outstanding! The second evening my guests enjoyed their salad (arugula with mushrooms) and mains: papardelle bolognese and a seafood pasta. I had the bison special - not as flavourful as I might have expected - and the vegetables were sparse and overcooked. Verro's complimentary bread and olives are always tasty, although the night I had the sea bass, the bread was burnt. The space is small and often feels crowded - noise level is high. Just the same, we keep returning. My adult son loves all of their pizzas.5/4/2013 12:00:00 AM
