Authentic Italian cuisine with contemporary influences takes center stage at Verandah. A diverse selection of housemade pastas, braised meats, wood-fired pizzas and fresh seafood prepared by Chef Antonio Minichiello highlights the dinner menu. After dinner, an array of decadent, Italian-inspired desserts awaits. Lunch serves up a mix of Italian cuisine with American influences. A bountiful daily breakfast includes fresh juices, pastries and exotic fruits, while the legendary weekend breakfast buffet, featuring a fresh donut machine, is a must. Verandah offers a relaxed dining experience with comfortable sophistication reflected in warm, natural décor. An indoor dining room is chic and intimate, while an expansive garden terrace overlooks the lushly landscaped private pool. The restaurant also offers two private dining rooms for small gatherings, meetings or private parties. Continued

Diner Reviews
  • "In a sea of chaos, this restaurant delivers. Vegas scene can get old. Loved our entrees- raviolis and mushroom pasta. The bread left us disappointed- dry, cold, tasteless. Not a big deal, but one wants to enjoy a nice wine with a great, warm bread. The staff are very professional. A class act."

  • "Cool, comfortable room, excellent service, extremely accommodating for food allergies, truly gourmet quality food and preparation without the Big Name Chef hype! The best meals we had in Las Vegas!!!"

  • "I really like going to verandah for Sunday brunch. The best! I decided to try it for lunch. The charlie Palmer steak sandwich was great. Yes it's pricey, but the outdoor seating and service are worth it. Lunch is 17-22 bucks for sandwiches and salads. You can valet right in front of four seasons and don't have to walk through a casino."

  • "Gorgeous food and very good service, however the setting was not quite what we thought it would be, perhaps the photos are misleading. I was expecting a more lush environment with more plantation and a larger patio. We felt squashed and the shade although managed as well as they could was difficult and awkward when the sun moved around. Expected more .........."

  • "My friends and I always choose the Verandah for our special celebration events. We often have breakfast and occasionally lunch to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, retirements, or just because we want to feel special. This time we were celebrating a 65th birthday and we had breakfast outside. The venue was busy, but pleasantly so. The service was, as usual, stellar and at the end of our meal the birthday person was served an adorable plate of five exquisite truffles; what a pleasant surprise!"

  • "This was a very great experience. Secluded in The Four Seasons. It was quite, airy and tranquil. The food was delicious and the prices though high end were a value at the service and the caliber of dining environment."

  • "As is with most restaurants in the Four Seasons hotels, the food is excellent and the service is outstanding. Everything is expensive in Las Vegas...and this was a bit pricey for lunch, but worth the cost."

  • "The Tuscan Chicken Salad was very good. The Cashew Chicken Salad was also very good. There are no beers on tap, only bottled. The price for lunch for two with a tip was about $75.00. This is a nice venue for a special occasion of casual, comfortable dining."

  • "The food is great but all 3 mornings the service was so slow. Had to ask for water, cream and sugar. A Resturant at this level should be better. "

  • "Food was OK but prices were ridiculous. I had heard it was expensive but $28 for 2 eggs, bacon, hash browns, toast and juice is high. I wouldn't have minded if the food was extraordinary but it wasn't. Food was plain, nothing special. There was no fresh omlet station and all food was typical diner food. Wife's toast was cold. Restaurant had a hard time making over easy eggs. Did not even serve jam with the toast (I guess that was the waiters fault since I later saw jam on other tables). "

  • "The restaurant was essentially empty. On this occasion it served us well as it was a business dinner. We were set in a Simó private room which allowed us to feel more intimate as a group and not alone as it may have felt in the general dining area with only one other 4 top occupied service was good and we were well attended. "

  • "We ate at Verandah for Saturday brunch and sat outside. The buffet is worth the $ and includes cooked to order omelets. The outdoor terrace is next to the pool and on a day with nice weather it is a great choice. The food was very good and we will be returning for another relaxing brunch."

  • "I felt like I was in Hawaii!! We had dinner outside and if there had been some humidity, I would have believed I was in Hawaii. It was lovely! The food was delicious, the service impeccable, the wine perfect. Of course, it is the Four Seasons!! That's why we love it! Will be back again the next time I'm in town."

  • "Our party of five totally enjoyed our lunch selections. The food was fresh and delicious, and we all had leftovers. The prices were appropriate for this fine dining establishment. I can hardly wait to return. Our server was great, too."

  • "We started with the awesome 5 different cocktails for $5 happy hour from 4-7pm. I would highly recommend the Blackbery, lemonade, and vodka drink as well as the chianti drink with orange sparkling water and triple sec. We also had the Burrata app which was tasty. We had a dinner reservation at 6pm so once seated we Doce right into the caprese app which was yummy. My wife had the cheese ravioli and I had the house made tagliatelle with Italian sausage plate. We finished with the Hot Chocolate soufflé which was fantastic. "

  • "Great location and setting for my bachelorette lunch, happy hour cocktails were great! Sat outside near the pool on a lovely sunny day. Food was great but service was quite poor, had to ask multiple times for our orders to be taken, then only to receive the wrong meal so had to wait for my order to be cooked whilst the rest of the group ate theirs, was surprised then to be billed for the wrong meal and once complained I was then billed for the correct meal - slightly confused as I had complained that my meal was late and had to speak to the manager to complain yet again - finally it was taken off the bill. This slightly tarnished the experience - but overall it was nice and well priced for the Four Seasons."

  • "Down in the lobby level of the 4Seasons cutout in Mandalay Bay is this fine dining Italian with a patio dining view of the pretty 4 seasons pool area. They have a full dinner menu which we have enjoyed but our favorite evolution is just to have salad and pizza. The pizza is available in regular crust or as a flat bread and the thin crispy cracker crust on the flatbread is a delight. We have not tried the deserts but the creative desert menu has them on the list for a future sweet visit."

  • "We ordered omelettes which were not at all fluffy and made with just two eggs. Cheese was oozing out of the omelette and toast was so crunchy that everyone could hear me eating it. When you charge around 30 dollars for an omelette, at least make it good. I would go to iHOP and get a better one."

  • "We always select the Verandah when we want to pamper ourselves. Both the breakfast and lunch selections are creative and delicious. Usually we are there during the early morning and it is relaxing and pleasant. This time we went for lunch on a Saturday and it was busy and bustling. The service is stellar from the hosts to the servers."

  • "Beet appetizers were artistically presented but woefully short on both beets and flavor.Heirloom tomato salad was very good' Entrees---halibut special was fresh flaky and tasty but short on accompaniments; the signature dish (pasta with seafood in a jar) was tasteless and had very little seafood (2 or 3 pieces of calamari); the tagliatelle with sausage was good but nothing to write home about. Overall, a very disappointing dining experience. We expected more from the Four Seasons!"

  • "The moment you walk up to the hostess station you are greeted by 2-3 lovely ladies who start your dining experience off on the right foot. After being seated (and even having our seats pushed in for us by the hostess) we were greeted by a very pleasant waiter who bent over backwards to make certain we felt at home. The meal was great if not slightly over priced (welcome to Las Vegas). It was good enough we had brunch there the next day as well. Highly recommended. Cheers!"

  • "I booked a table for 12 to celebrate a birthday. I asked for a birthday cake prior to the event, they sent me a form and delivered the cake with perfection. Table was nice, comfortable seats, nice corner of the restaurant. Did not have to be in the corner, it was completely empty. Servers were very nice and efficient. Their knowledge of drinks was ok, and the wine list is somewhat limited. One big problem that we had: 4 of us had penne a la arabiata. It was pure pepper. Never ate something so horribly over spiced in my life. This is an Italian dish, not a Mexican one. Overuse of pepper is only for chefs that want us not to taste their food. Really bad choices there. • "This restaurant - part of the Four Seasons Hotel in Las Vegas - is like coming home to Europe. Italian food from the best, an attentive waiter and excellent food. The pool area of the hotel was a perfect surrounding for a nice and relaxing dinner."
