A word from Verandah - Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas
Authentic Italian cuisine with contemporary influences takes center stage at Verandah. A diverse selection of housemade pastas, braised meats, wood-fired pizzas and fresh seafood prepared by Chef Antonio Minichiello highlights the dinner menu. After dinner, an array of decadent, Italian-inspired desserts awaits. Lunch serves up a mix of Italian cuisine with American influences. A bountiful daily breakfast includes fresh juices, pastries and exotic fruits, while the legendary weekend breakfast buffet, featuring a fresh donut machine, is a must. Verandah offers a relaxed dining experience with comfortable sophistication reflected in warm, natural décor. An indoor dining room is chic and intimate, while an expansive garden terrace overlooks the lushly landscaped private pool. The restaurant also offers two private dining rooms for small gatherings, meetings or private parties. Continued

Diner Reviews
  • "This restaurant - part of the Four Seasons Hotel in Las Vegas - is like coming home to Europe. Italian food from the best, an attentive waiter and excellent food. The pool area of the hotel was a perfect surrounding for a nice and relaxing dinner."

  • "Granted it was a Brunch, However the waitress rarely removed the dirty plates forcing me to carry them around the restaurant to unload them on other tables"

  • "Great atmosphere and solid service combined with upscale delivery of a Classic American and Italian lunch menu."

  • "The Verandah at the Four Seasons in Vegas is a very upscale Italian restaurant. The food was Italian but it was a limited menu. I did like the different dishes on the menu but honestly... for the price they could have put a little more food on the plate. I left there feeling hungry."

  • "Absolutely stellar! A wonderful find for our last night in Las Vegas."

  • "The tea and food are great, and we had two different server, the first lady server are very nice and knowledgable, asked us once in a while about the service we need. the second gentleman server are nice too but when we need him we could not find him and even have to ask somebody else. at one time there is nobody around. We been finish eating for a while and ready to go we could not find anyone bring us the bill and have to wait for long time. At the end of the meal I think the restaurant was getting ready for dinner, lots of server start walking around, which made us really anxious."

  • "I can not begin to tell you how much we enjoyed brunch at Verandah. We had Sunday brunch outdoors, and the setting was just lovely and the food was so delicious and special. Definitely one of the best parts of our trip to Vegas and one of the best brunches we've ever had if not the best."

  • "It took us a while to find the restaurant. The service was great and knowledgeable about the menu and wine list. Every serving was delicious. Will definitely return another day."

  • "It was amazing the moment we stepped in the restaurant. The tea and the selection of finger sandwiches and dessert is very good. Our waiter is very attentive and polite. They keep coming back at the right moment to check on us. We will definitely be back for another high tea ecoerience"

  • "My husband loved the cornbeef skillet. I wanted to try Verandah because I have a wheat allergy and they have a Gluten free breakfast. It was ok, but none of the dishes made sense together. Eggs with pesto sauce, carrot juice and a waffle?? Weird. If they had a simple plate of gluten free waffles it would have been 100-percent better."

  • "The best in town, the service is always over the top and you can also order from the menu but they do have a buffet. The perfect place for a business lunch or early evening dinner. We eat out at least 400 meals a year and this is one of our top five."

  • "Located in the Four Seasons Hotel at Mandalay Bay. A charming little gem, perfect for any business meeting, particularly a breakfast or lunch. Indoor and outdoor seeting, where solicitous staff move deftly about this well apportioned cafe."

  • "I've dined at Veranda for many years and have brought friends for special occasions. Consistently, my experience has been outstanding and I plan to return again. Truly a gem in Las Vegas, the Veranda is elegant and comfortable and I am very happy about the new vegan additions to the menu... Delicious!"

  • "We stayed at the Four Seasons (best hotel in Vegas) and had dinner at Verandah because it was convenient. Turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The food, wine list, and service were all great. We had a great dining experience and will definitely go back the next time in Vegas."

  • "We were in Vegas for a conference at the Mandalay Bay Conference Center. We walked to Verandah every day for lunch because it is head and shoulders above anything else available within walking distance of the conference. The food is excellent, the service was above-average, and the ambiance is very nice. My cousin who lives in Vegas and works on the strip agreed that it was the best available lunch spot. On the first day we walked in and had to wait 10 minutes for a table. We made reservations on the 2nd and 3rd days and were glad we did. We were seated right away. We will definitely go back here next time we are in town for a conference."

  • "For those looking to get away from the boisterousness of the strip, The Verandah is located at the more subdued Four Seasons Hotel. The ambience is beautiful, and the food is outstanding. We began by sharing a tuna tartare salad. The tuna was seared perfectly and the salad was flavorful and complemented the tuna well. We also shared the mixed green salad, which was just as one would hope. Each of us had the Branzini, deliciously prepared with whipped potatoes, green beans and a puttanesca sauce that I didn't expect would work as well as it did. It was outstanding, and I would gladly get it again. Finally, we shared the chocolate soufflé, prepared to perfection. It was one of the most pleasant and memorable meals that I have had in years."

  • "I cannot say enough nice things about the service. Suggestions were wonderful, timing of dishes perfect, and teamwork was great. Cocktails were some of best we have had. Food was excellent. Great change from the noise and busyness of most Las Vegas restaurants."

  • "Can't say enough about the excellent service. Team work and timing of servers was great. Brunch choices were great, made to order omelet station available. Wide variety. Fruit was fresh. Not rushed at all. Quiet atmosphere."

  • "We took advantage of your Valentine Days Special and enjoyed every aspect of our dining experience. The food was absolutely incredible, the presentation perfect. The staff very engaged in making sure we had what we needed and with every course asked us what we thought. Your waiters, servers and bus personnel did there jobs in a professional manner and with great care. This dining experience can be compared to the French Laundry in Yountville. Will tell all our friends and will be back to experience brunch, lunch and of course dinner."

  • "You would expect a fixed menu at the Four Seasons to be perfect, but it was far from it. The main dish, Sea Bass & Filet was just ok. The fish was undercooked and rubbery. The food was warm at best. We were expecting an exceptional dinner and it just didn't cut it. How do you serve a fixed menu and you can't even get it right? Go back to your menu and perfect that before trying to do something special and it just come out ok."

  • "As former restauranteurs we appreciate excellence. Antonio, the Veranda chef, consistently has delivered each course with perfection. We seldom find this consistency and excellence. For superb Italian food outside of Italy this is the place."

  • "My wife and I went to Vegas for our honeymoon and we wanted to enjoy some excellent food with great dining experiences. Of the four special dinners we had in Vegas, all in 5 star rated establishments, Verandah excelled with the top spot. It is located in the Four Seasons. The food was amazing and the service was spectacular! I would highly recommend"

  • "We loved that it was quiet and that the service was so perfect, They had an item called the "Quattro Brunch" that was wonderful and beautifully prepared. The Huevos" was outstanding and again prepared beautifully. We had called ahead and told them this was our 55th anniversary, and they presented us with a beautiful platter of chocolates and a "Happy Anniversary written in chocolate. We will definitely dine their again."

  • "We had a lovely lunch at the Las Vegas Four Seasons, dining outdoors which was quiet and cool. However, the service was just so-so, and the whole experience was unlike my previous dining experiences at other Four Seasons resorts (Maui and California). Disappointing to my sister as well, because I was planning to have her experience a once-in-a-lifetime Vegas lunch. Nothing really special about it."

  • "Great quality Italian food and affordable wine list in a setting that is much more laid back and relaxed than many LV options. The Four Seasons is attached via a short walk to the Mandalay Bay Hotel so provides a recommended respite from the noise and action."

  • "In an area where most places serve a decent meal, with decent service...This place stands out. Everything is made from scratch, with very good quality ingredients, for every meal...It's obvious. Everyone in the room is a VIP, because the people working here make you feel special. When I come to Las Vegas, this is the place that I always have to visit."

  • "We went to Verandah for breakfast, lunch and dinner while staying at the Four Seasons in Las Vegas. The hostess, wait staff, food, ambiance, outside dining WAS INCREDIBLE. I am EXTREMELY picky and this exceeded my every expectation."

  • "We decided to spend our first morning in Vegas at this terrific buffet inside the Four Seasons. What a good choice. Relaxing, extravagant, a bit like being king for a morning. The kids enjoyed the make-your-own donut station, the mango pancakes, great french toast, sticky buns, french pastries, and fresh melon juice. My wife and I tried all sorts of fun delicacies, from assorted cheese with great smoked salmon, ground-on-the-spot honey peanut butter, a wide assortment of breakfast meats, including chicken-apple sausages... everything super elegant in presentation and just all around wonderful. They even had an assortment of Sunday papers for us, included with breakfast."

  • "The a la cart menu was limited and the buffet brunch included a few more items than the la carte menu. Other than the fresh peanut butter and cheeses they should call it a breakfast buffet. There were no carving stations, no pasta bars and the only seafood was the crab on the omelet bar and the smoked salmon. Very disappointing for the $39 price. I would have gone to Mozen in the Mandarin Oriental or Mom Ami Gabi"
