"The ambiance was great, very comfortable chairs, tables not too close together. Service was exceptional for the most part. Two of us split the Ahi tuna appetizer and the filet mignon. They were both fantastic. The restaurant also surprised our husbands with complimentary birthday desserts. Nice touch."

"Veranda Fireside Lounge is one of the most comfortable restaurants! It was a cool evening, yet with the heat lamps, we were toasty warm. Vicki, our waitress, was so accomodating and so friendly. The food was delicious and presented artistically. Desserts were the best! It was my friend's birthday, and Vicki took the initiative to celebrate it by singing happy birthday and encouraging my friend to make a wish and blow out the candle. In addition, Vicki used our names whenever she spoke to us, which is very rare. The live music could be heard perfectly but never interfered with our hearing one another because it was set away from the dining area. It was a perfect arrangement. What a wonderful evening! We didn't want to leave."

"My reservation was not visable by the host, but there were plenty of tables so no problem. We did not see our server for at least 20-25 min, but had our waters filled twice. the appetizer of humus, eggplant, artichoke dips were almost tasteless, we asked for extra lemon and salt/papper helped. My friends tortilla soup was also bland. The greaqt thing was that they prepared a pile of veggies (off the menu) for me. I will never go back and never recommend this restaurant! The Inn was very lovely, so the ambiance made up for the poor food and service."

"The menu is not interesting, the food is average at best, it is overpriced. Minimum price for a bottle of wine is $45. I recommed if you are staying at the Inn, order room service and enjoy your own bottle of wine in your room."

"Dined on the Veranda overlooking the golf course. Simply superb. Lunch was quite good, a little pricey, however, consider the real estate. Menu limited. Service was very good. Will return. Highly recommended"

"Service started out very strong and as it got later in the evening, they started to collect chair cushions and we were left waiting a long time for our dessert orders to be taken and there seemed to be a lot of wait staff miscommunication later in the evening.

Also, if you are sensitive to smoke, be advised that this restaurant allows people to smoke cigars at the fire pit which is just steps from the outdoor dining area. We consistently inhaled strong puffs of cigar smoke and had someone with asthma in our party who really suffered. This really affected our ability to enjoy this restaurant!"
