  It's nice that there's a restaurant out there that maintains excellent food and service on a busy occasion. I for one don't prefer celebrating on the day of because of the "extra" the restaurant charges. But will gladly pay extra for Yew as the food is just as good on any day. Though, I was not too impressed by the macarons. I loved everything else. Service is excellent as usual. They were also nice enough to accommodate our fruit request for the kiddos. Our son loves watermelon and our daughter loves berries....More

  My wife and I were delighted with every aspect of Bishop's. They were always there just when needed, shared stories in an unobtrusive way, and made our evening very comfortable. My wife had halibut with potatoes and asparagus along with a locally grown salad; I had a local free range beef filet with mashed potatoes and a beet goat cheese salad. Wonderful flavors and preparation. Maybe best steak ever for me, rich, beefy flavor, unusual for a fillet. Desserts were superb, strawberries and cream for my wife were ripe and sweet and perfectly complimented by the homemade whipped cream. My chocolate lava cake was beyond delicious...rich cake and even richer chocolate filling with fresh raspberries... a wonderful cozy friendly restaurant....More
