The sangria is the best! My husband was drinking bottled beer and switched to tap beer because the bottles were not cold. Our appetizers were amazing, we had the risotto balls and the short rib ravioli. Our salads and soup was also excellent. When asked what he would like to eat on his birthday he said 'steak on a stone!' We have eaten there for almost every birthday in our group of friends in the past year and we love it every time. This experience was by far the best. Our server was so patient, attentive, and professional. Steak on a stone was wonderful (as always) and our he was equally impressive. My dish was very good as well full of wonderful flavors. However my pork was a little tuff. In overall this is a great dinning spot. Will go their again, hands down to the chef.3/14/2013 12:00:00 AMOne of best in Easton, PA diningThe food at Valenca is consistently awesome...that applies to both quality & presentation; the service is fantastic also. 1 person in our group required gluten free and 1 required vegetarian...we knew Valenca could handle this because we've been there 2 times before.
