"Valbella's doesn't seem to be just another trendy hotspot. It was my first time there but it seemed to have the gourmet cuisine to make it worth your while. The fish (chilean sea bass and red snapper) was accompanied by delicious sauces. Don't go if you're looking for a simply grilled piece of fish. The husbands' loved their dishes - veal chop with a great presentation and some kind of risotto dish. The waiter was attentive. The ambiance very attractive, but it was terribly noisy. Hard to hear across a small table for four. We were taken promptly for our 8:30 reservation and must mention the dessert. Have the napolean - you won't regret it. Will definitely go back, but too costly to do so that often."
