  • Special Events & Promotions: On New Year's Eve Ursino will be having 2 seatings. The first seating times are 5:30, 6:00, 6:30 and 7:00, and we will be serving our regular a la carte menu. The second seating times are 8:00, 8:30, 9:00 and 9:30. We will be serving a five course Tasting Menu with options for each course, and wine pairings will be offered. The price of this menu is $95, and wine pairings $45. Everyone is invited to join us in our Lounge for the New Year's countdown and champagne toast at midnight.

A word from Ursino
The name Ursino was inspired by the rich history of the colonial era Liberty Hall Estate (previously called Ursino), located on what is now part of the Kean University campus. The estate boasts a 4.5 acre farm, from which we harvest many of the ingredients used on our menu. Chef Peter Turso and his… staff use these ingredients to create a menu that embraces Modern American cuisine. We also support local producers as much as possible; not only in our menu selections, but in our wine, beer and cocktail offerings too.
Our goal is to provide a memorable, quality dining experience for every guest that arrives at our door. With knowledgeable and attentive service, along with expertly prepared food second to none, we aspire to be considered by our guests as one of the top restaurants in New Jersey.
