Urban Grill is the new upscale casual hotspot in Henderson that showcases American classics with Asian twists. The menu is focused on conceptualized dishes with respect for ingredients. One of the signature dishes, the twisted nachos, comes with fried won tons as chips, melted brie and Italian
… sausage. The dipping sauce for the crispy asparagus roll has become the most requested recipe from the menu. Asparagus is blanched, wrapped with kahlua pork, delicate cream cheese and rolled in phyllo. The sauce is a sweet/spicy concoction that pairs wonderfully with the ingredients. It’s great food, especially for paring with the very decently priced wine list. The signature cocktails and choice beers on tap are perfect accompaniments for the special menu served in the bar. The stadium seating provides ample TV viewing, great for sporting events or sampling of the BarBites menu. There is also a private dining room with access to the patio perfect for private or corporate events.
