"I will give Urban Flats another try. The hostess who seated us was not friendly. She was not even at the front desk when we arrived. We were the only ones at the desk, and she came to the desk about 4 or 5 minutes after we arrived. When I told her that I had made reservations through Open Table, she responded by informing me that she hates Open Table. That set the tone for the whole experience. Food was good, not great. Drinks were small for the price. I give them an overall B-"

"My husband and I had went to Urban Flats for an early dinner before a show downtown. We both had large salads to start and shared a flatbread for our entree. The salads were good, but the flatbread was very average...nothing we would return for."

"We enjoyed our meal. It didn't knock my socks off, but the flatbread itself was very well cooked and the toppings were tasty and didn't overwhelm the flavor of the bread. Lobster BLT and spring roll were the better two of the four flatbreads that we sampled."
