Urban, an American Grill, is located in the Westin at the Domain and serves comfort food reinvented with local ingredients. The menu is inspired by the flavors and spirits of Texas with our take on comforting American dishes like veal meatloaf, loaded mac and cheese, butternut squash risotto, and… our delicious Urban Burger. Other inspired dishes include a Branch Ranch dry aged NY strip, grilled Lockhart quail with grits, and mussels steamed in Shiner beer. "The food at Urban was really delicious. Interesting pairings and well executed. My salmon was excellent and the risotto side worked very well. My husband really enjoyed his chicken and waffles (his first foray into that dish!). The tres leches was decadent and delicious. We were treated very well by the staff that greeted and seated us and very much appreciated the recommendations and friendliness of our waiter, Elvis. We had no idea what to expect at Urban, and were delightfully suprised. We'll come back, and look forward to checking out the happy hour as well."

"Very quiet inside the restaurant while we were there although there was an upbeat bar scene just next door. Service was great and food was also good (we had steaks and crab cakes) although maybe a little over seasoned. We will definitely return. The parking is so convenient and if you arrive early you can start in the bar and end at your quiet table."

"Brunch was a buffet of boring "Dennys" like food (eggs, sausage, biscuits, etc) so we opted to order off the menu which was average at best. Way below par for this scale of a hotel. The only bright point was service"

"I expectped better food from an upscale restaurant. The Salmon and Beet Salad was excellent, Tuna was BLAND with no taste. Mashed potatoes that came with Meatloaf was room temperature. Greens were too salty even after they mad me a new batch. Ribeye was cooked a perfect medium rare but the quality of the steak was not good. everything else was just average."

"have been to urban before and was very excited to have a nice Valentine's day dinner at urban. got the urban about 10 mins before 8, and we were sat almost immediatly- which i thought was great! we sat at our table for about 15/20 mins without anyone visting our table. we did not get waited on, we saw several wait staff walk by our table but no one ever stopped by."

"The food was incredible but the service lacked. When spending more on a meal I expect the waiter to make a more personal effort. Also, the waiter failed to clear the trash off of the table."

"Meh. Went for Valentine's Day because I failed to make reservations early at a restaurant which would have been closer. Made reservations on the Sunday before V-Day, hoping it would work out. The restaurant is on the ground floor of the Westin at the Domain, which was a surprise. Food was mediocre, not worth the price but it would have been worth probably half of what we paid, which is still saying something - the Valentine's menu was just overpriced for what it was. Crepes were soggy and tasted of egg whites, the truffle and mushroom soup was a bit thick and got splashed on my shirt as it was being served by our waiter, so was sure to tell us it was his first time to serve it...I don't know, not a pleasant experience."
