UntitledFirst time!This was my first time going to this restaurant and both myself and my girlfriend were celebrating out 2 year anniversary there. It was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious, but the ambiance was incredible. Everything from the food, the drinks, the decour, they were all matched perfectly. I would like to come back with a group of people and have some drinks and some appetizers as it is expensive for a dinner. But if you have the cash, go nuts! Our waiter during dinner was great. However, the hostess assured us that she would seat us in the live music area after dinner, which, when we were ready to go over there, she went back on the offer. Lovely. Then the bartender in that area tried to charge us a different amount for the same drink we had in the other area for dinner. Nothing but a hoax, or that particular bartender was just trying to make an extra buck. He blamed it on tax, but there is no reason why we would be charged one price in one area of the restaurant and then another price in another area. Fun, themed atmosphere, but will not be going back, that's for sure. What a good choice this turned out to be! The place is amazing as you enter another world in a lower level that is straight out of yesteryear. A totally unique dining and entertainment experience. The small plates we enjoyed were full of flavor and we tried several. The live music was outstanding with lots of people dancing right up until the show started at 10. Our waitress was friendly and gave us great drink recommendations. We had one of the small plates of shrimp (I forget the exact name) and it was delicious. It was a little loud for a place that is supposed to be a speakeasy but I guess that's to be expected in a place like this. I absolutely loved it so it won't be my last. The service from the time we walked in until we left was outstanding. Our waitress was able to answer questions, make helpful suggestions and was great. The rest of the staff were polished and unobtrusive but helpful.
Best of all was the food. I love small plates! They give you the opportunity to try many things and at Untitled you'll want to try them all!
everything from the short ribs and scallops to the ice cream was mouthwatering. The seasonal menu is sure to bring more good things this summer and I will definitely be back to try them. Yum!
We also loved the diffrent areas of the place and swing dancing.

We came across two or three VERY rude staff members on the way to our table but once we sat down, our waitress was awesome. As you might expect, the table we sat at was within 6 inches of another table on each side but our dinner "friend" were actually really fun and we had a great conversation with one of them.
The jazz band was incredible. We moved from our table to the dance floor after dinner and had a great time. Sadly, we missed the burlesque show but I hear it's fantastic.

The service was perfect. Just the right amount of attention. Really enjoyed the Speakeasy theme. We like to dance and Untitled has live entertainment almost every night many of the groups we would consider great dance bands. I would recommend Untitled to anyone wanting a very good meal at a fair price and enjoys and wants to support live music. But there are two things that really take away from the whole experience:
1) Why does Untitled insist upon calling open table reservers to *confirm* their reservation? THAT'S WHY I USE OPENTABLE. Especially considering Open Table penalizes people that consistently don't show up to their reserved restaurants.
2) Why require coat/bag check and require payment for it? Sure - it's cheap and easy. But the fact that it's required makes it extremely erksome.3/6/2013 12:00:00 AMThis was my second time atThis was my second time at Untitled and it is easily one of my favorite restaurants! The food is absolutely incredible. I've tried nearly all of the small plates/sides as well as half of the large plates and there hasn't been a single thing which I did not say, "It was one of my favorite _ ever." It is VERY loud with the live music but it is great music and it makes for a great atmosphere. Very lively and very fun.
