A word from Untitled
Located in the Whitney Museum of American Art, Untitled is a restaurant from Danny Meyer's Union Square Hospitality Group. A contemporary, farm-to-table take on the classic Manhattan coffee shop, Untitled features the simple, comforting and seasonal cooking of Executive Chef Chris Bradley, formerly the Executive Sous Chef of Gramercy Tavern. Designed by Rockwell Group, Untitled serves breakfast and lunch all day, and is accessible to both Museum visitors and non-museum guests (who need not pay museum admission). The restaurant is open for dinner every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night, featuring seasonal, farm-to-table, American cuisine as well as some favorites from the Breakfast/Lunch menu. In efforts to support local food artisans Untitled features Stumptown Coffee, Four and Twenty Blackbirds Pie, Betty Bakery Cakes, Scratch Bread, Brooklyn Soda Works, Blue Marble Ice Cream, Brooklyn Brine Pickles, Battenkill Valley Creamery and Satur Farms Produce.Continued
