I was concerned that we'd have to confine our dinner options to selections from the soup and salad part of the menu. Then I noticed a comment on the menu, "vegetarian options available upon request", and when I asked the waitron, she readily suggested a couple of the meat-y entrees that could be converted into vegetarian versions. She quickly checked with the chefs and came back in seconds with a description of a delicious alternative entree. The taste matched the description! The timing had to be just right, so I knew our service couldn't take forever. We didn't feel rushed at all, but they timed it all perfectly and my husband never suspected a thing. The staff were very attentive, the wine was wonderful and the food was out of this world. Menu was varied and our party of four enjoyed small plates , salads, excellent entrees and we were all pleased. Salmon and Bison preparations were superb. Wine list good and the bar is very attractive.

We started the bloody marys with which the waiter brought out freshly ground horseradish and sriracha, because we told him we like them extra spicy. We had several appetizers and entrees, which were all delicious and perfectly cooked. The waiter was very knowledgeable on the preparation and ingredients of each dish and was very attentive. The atmosphere was very nice without being too much for the size of the city. I will definitely add this to our list of regular spots here, and it seems like a great place to take friends/family who come to visit. There were new additions to the menu, and they were awesome. The veal breast appetizer was worthy of any big city "go-to" eatery. A description wouldn't do it justice. The butternut squash soup shone with the addition of small cubes of sweet apple and smokey olive oil. We had bison flank steak and pork tenderloin, both excellent choices. The Friday night "no corkage fee" is a part of what brings us there, too. We were there when they were having a wine dinner (also a treat you should try!), but our service did not suffer, food came out In a timely manner and at the proper temperature.
