I took my girlfriend out for dinner here because I left town shortly after and wanted to make the night memorable for the two of us. Without a doubt, I made the right decision as far as the food was concerned. Although a little more pricey than what I am used to spending, it was worth every penny as the service and the food itself was second to none. Great choice! I recommend the White Tiger Roll; this being our favorite dish. The salmon falls apart in your mouth. The only negative I could find is the bench seating, which makes for a less intimate feel. Other than that, the food was excellent and the staff was courteous and knowledgeable. All the signature rolls and sushi plates are worth ordering .. especially the White Tiger Roll. The sushi plates made without rice are something everyone should try. For starters, the Lobster Potstickers and the Eggplant are outstanding. The restaurant does slightly better with the fish related items and the Miso Cod and Soy Glazed Salmon are dishes to order is you are not in the mood for sushi. We ordered the Duck and found the meat wonderful but the accompanying Swiss chard and mushrooms qualities lacking - 2 chard leaves and a decorative amount of mushrooms.
