I appreciated the availability of anchovies to garnish my Caesar. Bread was fresh with delicious butter (as important to me as the fresh baked bread). My guests seared salon plate was spotless and absolutely empty, a great sign of a well prepared fish and he could not say enough good things about his salad. I had a succulent grouper on black beans with a relish of fresh pepper bits in a habanero motif. They deliver every time with perfect, well timed but relaxed service. They offer the best calamari on the planet as well as other apps I would put up against any big city restaurant. Several wine flights are available and the wine list is extensive and works into any budget. For the entrees, we have tried Salmon, Sea Bass, Duck and various Beef entrees - all superb. The atmosphere is open and not too dark but also perfect for a romantic evening. Pricing gives you twice the meal at half the price of Chicago. We had 5:30PM reservations and had a nice spot in the center of a cozy enclave. Our server was there immediately to take our drink order and remained very attentive throughout our dining experience. The food was OUTSTANDING! We all ordered various steaks - mine was the 12 oz rib-eye, my wife and the other couple order fillets. All agree the steaks were cooked to perfection and the flavors were excellent. The lobster bisque was unbelievable. My friend Richard commented afterwards that it was the best meal they had out in a very long time.
