… outdoor "living room" with couches, a dining room with an open kitchen and a trio of semi-private cabanas, an outdoor dining area, and a private party room with state of the art AV equipment. A wine vault houses wine racks, personal wine lockers, and a special enomatic system for eight "high-end" wines, which include 2008 Screaming Eagle, 2007 Harlan Estate, 2008 Scarecrow, and an 1862 Madeira. These wines are all available by the taste. Two 40 South also sells wine at retail price, wine accessories, olive oils, and aged balsamic vinegars in a retail area.
