I went to Twist for a birthday recently. My party was running a little late. We could not be seated until we had a certain amount of people.
The biggest influence on my experience with Twist was the HEALTH SCORE! They had a 72 C!? I am not sure about you but anytime I see a Health Score below 89 I start to get suspicious. Especially in a place where Sushi is being served.
I had the Duck Confit which was superb and my girlfriend had the Fish Tacos that were also very good.
The Calamari was season well and my friend had a grilled Pork Chop that looked amazing.

We had the soup of the day, the lamburger tapas and the shrimp tempura tapas- both outstanding. The service was very good.
