  • "très très décu! l'accompagnement du veau (quenelle avec escargot….insignifiant et plein d'huile…sans goût) vraiment rien d'exceptionnel….désolé En revanche service impeccable "

  • "Having a delicacy food under raining drops with a whole view of Vegas strip was astonishing. No wonder this restaurant was picked as one of 14 most romantic restaurant in US. I had a four course set menu with wine pairing and it was astonishing. Appetizers were so delicate and special. 5 different desserts were one of the best experience."

  • "We planned dinner here after our 15th anniversary vow renewal. It was well worth the trip, because our Twist experience was extraordinary. The service staff was incredibly conscientious and knowledgeable. The decor was stunning- we were literally gaping at how beautiful the dining space is- and the intimate room is perfect for a romantic dinner. The service staff saw that we had just come from our ceremony and were so kind in serving us..they even gave us a surprise dessert! We highly recommend Twist to anyone considering a visit. Don't miss the zezette bullion or the salmon. Both are to die for!"

  • "Ate here last year and absolutely loved it. We were planning to eat here every visit to Vegas. However, this time around, both my husband & I were greatly disappointed. It seemed that the menu and prices expanded but, the portions shrunk. Food was not as good as last time. In fact, it was not very good at all. Surprisingly, the service was not as good as last time too. What happened? Did they change management or something? We spent over $450 for the two of us and that did not even include any wine! We're taking "Twist" off our "must go" to "not again"."

  • "If you want a magnificent view of Las Vegas with reliably tasty French food, go here. The food is tasty and the service is impeccable."
    Dined on 1/9/2014
  • "Twist hit all the right notes. The food was exquisite, portion size just right, service impeccable, wine list extensive and well-chosen. It was not the most expensive meal that my husband and I had in Las Vegas, but it certainly was the most enjoyable and refined. All in all, a most memorable experience. Kudos to Twist! We will certainly dine there again on our next trip to Las Vegas."
    Dined on 2/13/2014
  • "Amazing food, tastes blend meticulously together, wine pairings on point with the most amazing views in Vegas."
    Dined on 2/15/2014
  • "it really was an expensive restaurant. the food was just ok, the service was really bad, everybody had a bad attitude, and we were the only ones at the restaurant. I would suggest to go to a better restaurant like Guy Savoy, Joel Robuchon, Michal Mina´s etc. for better or same Price range."

  • "We were a table of 6, seated in the middle of a bunch of full tables of 2 and was constantly dodging traffic behind our chairs. after seating, our server shouted across the room to ask what my food allergy was. I quietly requested him to my side and told him... rather than announce this to the entire room. the caviar was very good and well priced, but a bit disproportional. Ran out of some of the fine elements of the dish before others. My waygu steak was overdone, while my wife's was perfect. Our server got into a bit of a tiff with one of the 2 person tables, when they received the wrong meals. This put him in a bad mood for the evening. We received our complimentary birthday cakes while the other half of the table sat with nothing."

  • "A beautiful room in which to have a spectacular meal. The ambiance of the room really does help make the evening special. Of course the food is the real star here. Pierre Gagnaire's molecular twist on fine dining makes for an entertaining meal. We had the gastronomic Grand Tasting Menu (delicious), and the pricey wine pairing as well. And this was where the meal fell down just a little for us. The wine pairing was certainly fine, but did not blow our socks off the way we have come to expect. Service was exceptional and up to Parisian standards in every way. Likewise the food."

  • "I had no idea what I was getting into, I just figured the Mandarin Hotel wouldn't put in bad restaurant and I felt like French but just ate at Le Cirque last week so i went for it. Man was I pleased. Beautiful restaurant with great views. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Phenomenal food. The textures and flavor combinations were fun and exciting without losing traditional French expectations. The shaved foie gras over spinach and green apples was mind boggling and the veal chop cooked perfectly. I made two more reservations while I was sitting there. A new standard for my Vegas trips."

  • "Twist was really a very nice experience. The sample menu is simply delicious and the wine pairing was spot on. Five stars!!"
    Dined on 2/8/2014
  • "Food was first rate and the 3 course prix fixe was an excellent value at $95 per person. Most important the service was really attentive and classy without in any way being pretentious. And the tables are well spaced and the atmosphere is calm and quiet. Great place!"

  • "One of the best meals we have had...ever! Great service-friendly and efficient. There are not words to describe the food-presentation and flavor! Can't wait to try his restaurant in Paris this summer!!!"
    Dined on 2/5/2014
  • "Fusion cuisine is incredibly tricky, but Pierre Gagnaire nailed it. He takes traditional French dishes, backs off on a completely traditional preparation, and fills the gap with highly complementary flavors and textures that give the dishes a modern and fusion twist, but without losing sight of the original character. The ball wasn't dropped on a single dish. Appropriate pallet cleansers were introduced as necessary. Preparation is not as technical as Joel Robuchon's, for instance, but amazing use is made of flavor, texture and temperature. Highly cerebral approach nonetheless. The service was not pretentious and servers were very helpful without over-the-top acting. Their sincerity was appreciated."

  • "During our recent five day stay at Las Vegas we wanted one gourmet dinner and this time chose Twist. We were wooed by the prospect of a fusion of surprising flavours and this we got. We chose the four course option of the BlackTruffle Tasting Menu (you could select up to six courses). At 225 USD each our menu was not cheap and, if being critical, the truffle content of each course was reasonable but the contribution to the overall flavour was subtle as best. Otherwise the cooking was impeccable and the presentation beautiful. Excellent ingredients have been sourced. The wine list is an excellent and extensive selection, whilst French dominated, covered the rest of the World well. Service was relaxed and excellent and the ambience special."

  • "Pierre did not end up one of the most notable chefs in the world for no reason. His Paris restaurant is wonderful and his Vegas restaurant lives up to his reputation... Tremendous food. Great wine. Proper and gracious service."

  • "Twist was the best dinner we had in Las Vegas! Excellence is an understatement. The views from the dining room were magnificent and the food was a delightful culinary journey. Every dish was perfect and looked like a work of art too good to eat until you took your first taste and realized the dish was even more sensational than just it's beautiful presentation."

  • "A truly outstanding dining experience. The view of the strip is outstanding. My wife and I did the three course fixed price menu and the amount of food was perfect for us. The steak was prepared just as requested, but the halibut was slightly salty for our taste. The desserts are very good."

  • "From amuse-bouche to warm after dinner madeleines brought with coffee, Twist is an amazing dining experience. Luck would have it on December 28 that Pierre Gagnaire would be on-site and greet our table. Amazing food, impeccable service, beautiful dining room and views make this a five star experience."

  • "Creative, outstanding food - but expensive ($40 appetizers) and a bit over the top. Terrific service with great view from the 23rd floor overlooking the strip."

  • "This experience was one that I will never forget. The food was out of this world, the flavor combinations were amazing. A definite must while you visit Vegas."

  • "Superb cooking, friendly but professional service and unparalleled views keep TWIST at the top of the Las Vegas culinary scene. This is not 'smoke and mirrors' cooking but insightful and thoughtful cuisine, presented in a wonderful but not cartoon atmosphere. We will be back..."

  • "We arrived before our evening reservation and was seated immediately. Quiet. Many attendees/servers. Food was delicious, out of this world, great flavors I've never experienced before. The chef came out and introduced himself. Expensive but well worth it for special occassions. View above Vegas strip is fabulous. I will be back!"

  • "Fantastic food. Pierre was kind enough to come out and say hello."
    Dined on 12/30/2013
  • "With the exception of the lobster and mushrooms the food was awful, no comparison to the days of Le Cinq in Paris or his amazing deserts! The bread was stale, beef over cooked and fish bland with bitter over powering marmalade! Deserts which are normally the main event at his restraunts are embarrassing and not worth eating we left the majority. Wine parings were excellent but with short service made for a shocking experience. Mandarin you should drop this one!"

  • "One of the best restaurants in Vegas. Beautifully designed and elegant. Food is extremely creative and well executed. Starter of foie gras ravioli with langoustine was surprisingly delicate, yet each element was very flavorful and distinct. Pouched turbot with tandoori seasoning was also subtle and interesting. Steak au poirve was an explosion of flavor, and fabulous. Dessert sampler was varied and interesting. To my surprise I enjoyed the arugula cake more than any of the chocolate desserts. Service was friendly and attentive, without being obtrusive. My only complaint, which is minor, was with one of the wine pairings. Next time I might do the standard instead of the grand pairing. Be prepared to spend over $200 per person."

  • "The food was so delicious and flavorful. The menu was varied, but all went well together. By our American buffet standards the portions were "small" as some reviewers complain, but the six-course meal was just right and satisfying and portions were just right. Great view of the Strip."
    Dined on 12/26/2013
  • "Service and ambiancewere nice but honestly, the food sucked. Not worth the money with all the great Vegas restaurants, plus tiny portions besides."
