The chef is a cut above others on his Italian standards--pasta is always perfectly al dente, sauces are excellent, calamari is tender and delicate, and salads are crisp and generous. In addition, the staff are friendly, warm and always want to make sure you are happy. I enjoyed a wonderous seafood pasta dish but I don't eat wheat (pasta), so asked if this diavolo dish could be served on spinach instead. no problem. want it even MORE hot? yes, please. and additional dried red chilis were brought to the table, too. Grati!5/3/2013 12:00:00 AMBest Tiramisu and Veal ParmigianaThe Veal Parmigiana is exceptional and the Tiramisu is the best I have ever tasted. The Sangiovese by the glass was delicious as well.
