The atmosphere and food at TS are good, the staff is very attentive but the prices are absolutely ridiculous. The seafood tower for 2 had very little to offer and cost over 50 dollars not to mention the other prices on the menu. I was disappointed with the dessert I ordered. It was a pile of pecans inside a large concoction of phylo dough. Overall, it was a positive dinning experience but extremely expensive. It's a place to visit on special occasions. I don't see myself returning any time soon.

Was looking forward to TS Steak House since other F&B at Turning Stone is so poor. The night we went they had booked a large party of 25 that grew into a party of 56 and instead of limiting the large party to the number that they reserved, the restaurant elected to take care of the group and ignore their regular guests. The bar served great drinks and had a good bar scene with live music, but after our good start in the bar, we (party of 2) were sat upstairs in a back booth for six. We heard there was a great view at the restaurant, but from this table we could not even see a window, no less a view. Our carpaccio appetizer was fatty and tasteless. Our house salad was very good. Our entrees, sea bass seemed like it was poached in tap water - zero flavor. Our lamb chops, were actually the best cut of lamb I can remember but were overseasoned with so much salt, I could not eat the second chop (and I am someone who likes salty food). We bailed out without desert and opted for a late night snack elsewhere. I like to think that maybe they just had a bad night, but......not sure who the F&B directer of the resort is, but he or she needs to go. All restaurants (except Wildflowers) at that resort are a mess - too bad, we love staying at the lodge.

We decided to split a seafood tower for two which we have had at other restaurants. This was $55.00 and was extremely small. We ordered the bone marrow and steak sampler which was $60.00 and literally 2 bites of each steak which was extremely salty. The panko Brussels sprouts had no Brussels sprouts and when we complained we were offered "candy to take out". All in all the bill was over $200.00 and we could have eaten a hamburger after dinner we were so hungry. Wine and server were excellent. This is the difference between a casino restaurant and a high-end steak restaurant. We will not return.

Such a beautiful resturant. Went for my anniversary and did not have one thing to complain about. The service was impeccable, the scene from the 21 floor of the tower is amazing, the resturant itself is beautiful and last but not least the food. Holy cow.. literally. We chose to order the 48oz. Cowboy steak and it was cooked perfect. The sides and delicious and ovreally just aneed amazing night spent with my significant other. Would recommend this to anyone who's a foodie or just wants to go to a beautiful resturant.

Waitress & service was excellent. Unfortunately one person's steak was under cooked and had to be sent back, even 2nd time around it was still not perfect. We went on a Wednesday evening and the restaurant was not fully packed, so I'm not sure why the kitchen staff was not as attentive as they should have been. Overall our small group had a great time, although I think the dessert menu had changed from my previous visit. From what I remember in the past there was a larger variety of desserts and it would have been nice to see more choices of desserts and not just the candy cart. The items we did try were excellent.

For the money that you charge for the food wasn't that great. I've been to a lot place that charge the money that you charge and the food was 100 times better. calamari was like out the box in Italian breadcrumb which doesn't go well calamari need to have light batter. The octopus is extremely hardand and overcook not the mention the size of the portion. Wagu steak was dry and not juices. Like frozen steak ! The serviceneed some work as well.

There is no better view in all of central NY. Tables are spacious (you're not squished into a little tiny seat at a little tiny table), and the service was fabulous. We had filet mignon with horseradish sauce, which was excellent, though the sides (exotic mushrooms and potato au gratin) were a little boring in comparison. Wine choices are very good. This is a very pricey place, though: we spent, with tip $380. That was for two people for drinks, a bottle of wine, 2 appetizers, 2 main courses, 2 sides, 2 desserts.

I visited TS Steakhouse with my wife for her birthday. She ordered prime rib. I ordered a porterhouse steak. Her prime rib was enjoyable my steak was not. It was tough and difficult to cut. I kept cutting into the steak in the hope that I would find "tenderness". I never found it. For the price of the steak it should have been of a much better quality. I notified our server and he apparently notified the manager. She visited our table, asked a few questions and offered desserts on the house. She didn't seem terribly concerned, perhaps because I had cut up so much of the steak. She may have felt that I was simply looking for a "comp". I will probably will not revisit TS Steakhouse any time soon.

We visited TS Steakhouse for the first time last weekend to celebrate a birthday. Everything was amazing, from the martinis made by Anthony, to the service provided by Kirstin, to some of the best food any of us had ever had. The crab cakes were full of delicious chunks of crab, the steak melted in your mouth, the mashed potatoes were incredible and the chocolate banana cream pie was to die for. The view of the autumn leaves and the sunset just made everything perfect. Wonderful evening!

Food was outstanding and service was better (Herb)! Only issue I have is the fact that I had sent a note to turning stone specifically asking for a table near a window and not in the center of the room. Funny as it would be but we literally sat in the exact center of the room. It didn't ruin the evening or anything like that but I hated to see my request ignored as it was my 20th wedding anniversary and it was my wifes only request when i booked. Besides this everything was beautiful and Herb respresents your restaurant perfectly. He took notice to minor things and we really enjoyed having him serve us. I had the surf and turf and my wife had the sea bass, both were excellent and we can't wait to go back.

Service was good. Room was to cold even the waitress thought so, but it never got to a comfortable level even after asking to turn the AC down. Effected the experience negatively because we could only think about getting out of there. I had a steak that was not as tender as it should have been. Lobster resotto was a little fishy tasting. It was described as having chunks of lobster in it, but it did not. The creamed corn was very good as were the augratin potatoes. The room and the view was very nice. I would try it again but a repeat performance would cause it to be my last.

Great experience; party of 4 and TS lived up to my expectations. Nice wine list and really attentive staff. We were really looking forward to eating at TS Steakhouse. We had reservations at 9:15 but were not seated until 9:30, did not get served for another 10 minutes. Drinks took an additional 10 minutes. The restaurant was very busy when we arrived with the servers running around. My wife had multiple servers bumping into her chair. My wife had the chicken that was VERY small, the smallest chicken she has ever had and the chicken was served with carrots that were inedible. I had the filet mignon which was very tender and cooked as ordered but was served barely warm and VERY dry. The steak was served with a choice of four sauces available.

I told the girl that i did NOT like the table and there were PLENTY of other tables near the window WITHOUT a reserve sign. I asked her about a table near the window and she said, No. She Knew i was upset so that set the mood for the rest of the evening. I was dining a friend who has Never been there!!!! I am there at least once a month!!!!! And if my experience isnt up to par this Wednesday, I will Never step foot in that restaurant again nor will my patients!!!!I don't care if its my favorite restaurant or not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Third time at the Steakhouse.(first two GREAT)This time food not so good. Wife had the Pork Chop which was alittle to done and dry(she ordered Med.) I had the Prime Rib that had no taste and quite a bit of Big fat pockets(not much meat after trimming these). Maple Glazed Brussel Sprouts, hard and burnt on bottom. Great Wine and service. Tricia our waitress was Outstanding and a Great assest to your establishment. And,I think for Fine Dining as you have at the Steakhoue you ought to have a Dress Code. Why have people with Shorts,No socks and Tee shirts dine ,while others try to match thier dress with Fine Dining?
