She assured us that what ever we ordered would be handled with the utmost urgency. My wife loved the space and wanted to return for Mothers day. One look at the spread, and I assumed they had a new chef. One bite of the food and I was sure of it. I asked our server and she said "yes, just recently". I asked her to point him out and she stated that "he was in the kitchen, doing all the cooking" (another good sign) On my third trip through the buffet line, I asked the cook about the dipping sauces, he said they house made the salsa, guacamole and all three flavored sour creams. Three! The cilantro was unbelievable. It's the little things, the attention to detail that can make a special occasion a memorable one. The environment was inviting with bright colored flowers on every table, the buffet food offered and dessert options were extensive and fabulous! The food was great and then we were directed to the dessert bar which had quite possibly the best red velvet cup cakes I have ever had!
