Very friendly staff. The Sunday menu suggested that half price drinks were all night. When we inquired, it was BAR ONLY. I didn't want to dine at the bar, so we declined to move. The maitre'd, Beau came to our table and honored the drink special. I thought that was a very nice gesture and made our eveining and our meal a wonderful first time experience.

The server we had was so attentive, the food was phenomenal, and the overall atmosphere was great. Several of the fine dining establishments surrounding Truluck's is much cheaper. We got there early and were greeted promptly. We ordered a couple drinks at the full bar, and the server kindly let us know as a courtesy that the espresso martini would take a moment since they had to brew the espresso. (The absolute best espresso martini in Dallas). A manager came over and gave us his card, and simply said call me anytime you need anything. Once seated are waiter was on top of everything. All the food came in a timely manner, and was so savory. Another manager checked in on us, and gave us his card as well. I have never had such an amazing experience, it was truly a delight. The food was great. The ambiance was romantic. We had a great corner table near the large windows overlooking the patio. The special touches were the flaming chocolate cherry cake & happy anniversary card from all of the wait staff. What a treat!! We will DEFINITELY be back!

Our server, Mary, was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful and made our 25th anniversary dinner a truly memorable experience. She even brought a custom decorated anniversary dessert and gave us a Happy Anniversary card signed by the entire staff. It was such a surprise and we felt so welcomed. To top off the great service, the food was fantastic. Best steak and salmon we have ever had. Four of us selected seafood appetizers (hot n crunchy shrimp and calamari), then split 2 Caesar salads for the table. Two of us selected the tuna steak special (served rare- best restaurant tuna I've ever tasted), one person selected the seabass, and the other selected the salmon. We also ordered a side of the crab mac n cheese. Everything we ordered was incredible, super yummy, and enough to split with another person.
