"I had read an article in Frisco Style magazine that intrigued me about TruFire. We met another couple there and the first thing we all noticed was how loud it was and how bad the acoustics were and even the music was blaring and not subtle. My friend had a cell phone app that measures sound levels in decibels and it would peak at 100 and stay in the 90's - similar to a lawn mower I think she said. I was hoping for something a little more intimate from a place with such rave reviews on the food. The food however was a redeeming factor - great pizzas made with fresh ingredients and very tasty. Next time I'll see about take out."

"The food was wonderful and the ambiance relaxed. Out of five tiems, we weree all blown away with flavor & texture. They have a nice patio on the side of the restaurant, one of the few in Frisco that the view doesn't focus on the parking lot. something for everybody too - foodie, healthy, comfort food, approachable, authentic - come to mind."

"The food was very good. Service was a bit spotty. We really did not like the first place they tried to seat us but they worked to accommodate. The food was excellent (had the crab dip and shared a pizza). We had to wait quite a while for our bill. Overall a B- but we would probably try it again."

"The food was of poor quality and taste. It was very over priced. When the server noticed we weren't eating our food she got defensive instead of offering any other suggestions. We paid for the meal because we are not the type of people to try to get something for free but we will not return there"
