"Good food and moderately priced. I prefer a more romantic/quiet setting but was put in the bar area with the MLBaseball game one. I would be clear about where you want to sit. Inside, outside, more private. Often vacation in HH but this was our first time there. We would come back."

"Good setting, nice variety of menu options but unimaginative and very limited use of actual truffles (only in mac-n-cheese option). Expected French influence but did not find. Service was ok, music a bit too loud but overall a nice dinner for our group."

"Best food and most professional and friendly service we have experienced in Hilton Head and we have tried most of the highly rated restaurants. It doesn't offer the spectacular views that some do, but Truffles has become our favorite among HH restaurants."

"This restaurant was so good we went back the following night. Both nights the food tasted delicious. Kid friendly and the home-made lemonade was a hit."

"This is the second time we have been to this restaurant. The food was good but I recall it being even better the first time we visited. Could have been just what we picked this time. Ribs were tender and flavorful. A chicken dish was good. Would still recommend."

"The truffled Mac & Cheese is a must have. Best mac & cheese we have ever had! You can substitute it for any of the sides for $2 and it is well worth it. The said the ribs would fall off the bone and they did! Creamy chile relleno risotto was unique and delicious. Great menu, so much I want to go back and try. Great atmosphere and service."
