Our orders came out super fast, mine the very enchiladas and my bf the taco and enchilada. Only problem they weren't piping hot like usual. We called our waiter over and he quickly took our plates, within a few minutes we had a new meal piping hot. Our thanks for bringing us fresh plates. When we asked for our bill our waiter brought us a desert o. The house for our dishes being cold. Huge plus!

One of the best places to eat downtown that is reasonably priced for the quality and atmosphere. I had the salmon which was cooked to perfection, my table mates had the 1/2 of chicken which was a huge portion and yummy and we also had 2 orders of chile rellenos. All were delicious. When my friend arrived we went to our table right away. The food was fabulous! My friend had the rellenos and I had the carnitas. Both were wonderful. Very flavorful and generous servings. Unfortunately I had eaten wayyy too many chips (with three kinds of salsa) and just couldn't finish it all. We did, however, go for the flan and I had a bite. YUM!

Put on your headset, jam to your music and eat like there's no tomorrow. Take pictures for the darn people in your circle and assure them that you are one independent gal who can dine alone. The Sangria was a great buzz. For some reason the heat was on and it was very uncomfortable in the restaurant - we felt like leaving but sat through the meal. This effected our experience. We didn't ask for the heat to be turned down though for some reason. Plantanos Fritos were excellent as an appetizer. House Margarita wasn't as great as the other reviews say-but the salt on the rim was outstanding. Chile Relleno/Picadillo was good but not great. Tampiqueno was well when I asked for medium- I'm afraid of what it would have looked like if I ordered well. Wasn't that tasty but was a huge hunk of meat. Service was good. The place is noisy and feels packed/crowded all the time, so don't go expecting a quiet romantic experience. Fun if you're looking for a boistrous atmosphere. The chicken mole is fine - not outstanding but tasty enough. The dish that has three kinds of pork on these sort of bread "sandals" (I think that's how they described them in the menu) was DELICIOUS! They also serve a very nice fresh strawberry lemonade.
