We had a young child in our group so luckily they didn't make us wait long at all. Once seated, a gentleman, seeming a bit lost, came and served out table coffee, which was great except we hadn't ordered coffee. So, 1 star off for that. Our waitress, was a sweetie, and unfortunately I didn't quite catch her name, but did very well to stay attentive even amongst the commotion of momosas at the bar and line of people filtering in through the small door.
Food was served. All orders were correct and delicious, as everyone cleared their plates. Salad with salmon and bacon bits... YES!

The menu is varied, and covers every palette from omnivorous paleo to gluten-free vegetarian - wonderfully presented, and always delicious. Generally quiet enough to have intimate/private conversations, with welcoming host/staff.

I ordered the butterfish entree and it was beyond my expectations. The rest of the five people I dined with were quite happy with their selections as well. The service wasn't as attentive as in the past, and it was probably less crowded than any other time I've been here. I don't mean to say it was bad, it just wasn't as good...refreshing our drink orders was slow (I hate having an empty glass) and I feel we were a bit rushed through our dessert (order the sticky bread pudding!)...twice someone came by to collect the dessert plates while there was still dessert on them.
Love this place, though. The raspberry mimosas helped lend a festive air to the outdoor brunch, and we were happy to be under a tarp when it started to rain. The beignets were memorable, and every family member was most pleased with her/his main meal.
