Trio is a cosmopolitan restaurant, located in a colonial townhouse in the heart of Puerto Vallarta. In its 10th year of operation, Trio has been a pillar of fine dining in Puerto Vallarta. Trio is the unique culinary fusion of two European chefs, with the combination of the best local produce and an uncompromised joy of cooking. The menu include dishes like porcini risotto with grilled quail, chili roasted red snapper on ratatouille vegetables and wild boar on Sicilian gnocchi.
