We tried all four pizzas and they were all delicious! The service was excellent.... and a table of 7 women is not easy. We all had FUN! We shared a piece of the frozen lemon meringue pie! WOW! Although their space is small, the interior is very modern & inviting. Probably one of the coolest interiors in Jackson. The off-season is a great time to go because they're offering two entres for the price of one. Even with the discount, it's still pricey. But that's life in Jackson. If you want good food, it's going to be expensive. And Trio's worth every penny. If you have yet to try them out, then it's time to do it. Specially the tuna. Service was pleasant. The only thing I thought was "off" was when the bartender brought us out drinks. We said hello and thank him for our beverages and he didn't get a single response. Not even a smile. That was a bit rude. So we order another drink thinking maybe he didn't hear us but he was in the same mood. The food is always tasty, with excellent aroma and presentation. This is a wonderful place to enjoy food and company. I particularly like the Ulrich Fossilstone counters filled with fossil fishes in a local marble-like stone, interesting to touch and very inviting and warm.
This is a very special restuarant and a must stop for anyone visiting Jackson Hole!
