A word from Triniti
With a nod to the culinary triad of sweet, savory and spirits, Executive Chef Ryan Hildebrand and a stellar lineup of culinary talent have banded together to create Triniti, a progressive American restaurant featuring "California French" cuisine. French techniques, light-handed, focusing on the highest quality ingredients available. Joining Hildebrand in the kitchen are Chef de Cuisine Greg Lowry and Sous Chef, Brandon Soverall and, at the front of the house,Wine Director, Stephanie Perkins and Assistant Manager Sawyer BUnyard.

The restaurant, unlike any other in Houston in both cuisine and design, represents an artistic outlet for all involved. Much attention has been paid to the details – inside and out – from the food, cocktails, open kitchen, commissioned artwork and custom chandeliers, to the tree-lined patio and chef's garden.

I had heard great things about this place and was fortunate enough to meet the head chef from a Meet the Mentor's event through HYP and was looking forward to actually dining here. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience and would defiantly recommend this place. The creative drinks were great, the food was good and the ambiance was lovely. My only suggestion about be improving the service. Our server was slow to return to our table but overall not a bad experience.

We had another great outing at Triniti. My son had the rack of lamb and he said it was the best he ever had. The other three of us split the 36 oz. bone-in ribeye. It was delicious. We ordered extra sides because they were so good and then they gave us scones to take home. This is one of our favorite restaurants.

Triniti was a great dining experience. Great decor, excellent service, good food, but pricey. Their brunch is excellent! Dinner there was good, but for the price, not good enough. I would return and I would recommend place. I'm sure they change up menu, which I always love, but their pastry's and breads are to die for!

From beginning to end Triniti was a lovely dining experience. The vegetable tasting menu chosen by two of our party of three was a gratifying choice....beautifully presented and tasty. The amuse bouches (sp?) were delightful and even the take-home scone in it's cellophane wrapper was nicely presented and delicious. The wait staff were friendly and well- informed about the menu choices. They explained every element of the tasting menu as it came out of the kitchen. All of the food was served on contemporary white china.....allowing the colors and shapes of the foods and sauces to double as edible art work. I wish every restaurant served on white china. We had a lovely dining experience and plan to return soon.

This restaurant has been on my radar for awhile. My friend and I decided to go to an early dinner as we had tickets for a show downtown. We were tempted by several items on the menu but decided to try the vegetarian tasting menu. From soup to dessert, this was a memorable meal. We loved the variety of courses, the taste, the amount of food. Each dish had its own charm. The soup course featured an amazing spicy bowl of tomato soup wchich featured apimento cheese kolache resting in the sea of tomato soup. Perfection. I lost count of the courses but the servings were small but perfect. The waiter was cordial and helpful and described each plate and was able to answer all of our questions.

It has been a awhile since we dined here last but we were extremely happy with our meal. The reservation was somehow messed up and we had to wait too long to be seated. The place was busy & no where to sit while we waited … but after we sat down our server was great & took good care of us. Did not like the restaurant week menu selections so all 4 of us ordered off the menu, happy we everything we got!

I went there for Houston Restaurant and was so happy this place made my list. I loved our server. The pork chops and salad were fantastic. And I got the best dessert that I can't pronounce (mousse with chocolate orange covered macadamia nuts). My only complaint would be that I hate cilantro and it wasn't in the ingredient list for the pork chop. And I have to deal with that a lot, so please don't take it personally. I highly recommend this place!

I originally dined at Triniti for Houston Restaurant Weeks two years ago and was immensely impressed. So much do that I returned several times for brunch. I've been away for a while and returned to Triniti on August 10 for brunch to find a revamped menu. My dining partner had the huckleberry pancakes which he said was "ok" while I had the chicken fried biscuit. I'd describe it as a tasteless lump with what might have been someone's very unpracticed version of gravy. The coffee was similar tasteless and full of disappointment. Not a good brunch combination.

I selected Triniti for a business dinner, and was excited to welcome my colleagues to town with the hopes of a great meal and experience. The main issue of our dinner (Monday 8/4) was the very poor service. The service was slow and inattentive. We had to ask for specials after sitting with our menus for 20 minutes, and we wound up wondering where our server was and when our food was coming with each course. In our case, the poor service cannot be excused by overcrowding or being understaffed. The restaurant was quiet and uncrowded on a Monday night. The overall experience was soured by the poor service, which affected our impression of the food and the restaurant generally. We will not be returning soon.
