The space felt very open and airy; no feeling crunched and sandwiched next to other diners! The service was phenomenal. Staff was always very aware of everything going on willing to help. The food and cocktails were delicious and I can wait to try more.

We went with no expectations to celebrate a low-key 60th birthday and were blown away by the quality of the food and staff. We hope to got often and would recommend it unconditionally. Everything was fresh and so tasty. We had a selection of salads and fish dishes and every single dish was delicious. The tater tots were a big hit all around, especially my daughter!

Had a great experience with Trillium! We stuck with sharing smaller plates and smorgasbord items and had a great time. Be sure to try the roasted beet and cardamom pudding! The hostess recommended it when we asked for recommendations and it was one of the best items. The air cured beef tenderloin was also a favorite at our table.
We all agreed that we need to return to try more items from the menu.

"
A solid restaurant in an improving neighborhood (still lots of panhandlers) in an old building which has been taken down to the bare walls, but the people are nice, the waitress was knowledgeable and the food and service exceptional. Menu flexibility is outstanding and the offerings unusual in Denver, providing alternatives, but doing it well and within the parameters that are comfortable for an ordinary eater. The smelt were crunchy, the spaetzle and cabbage luscious, the soup carroty and salad fresh and varied. Next time we will have enough appetite for dessert, we hope.

I wanted to give this place 5 stars but really felt that I couldn't. The evening my friends and I went. The service was a touch slow and even though it was a slow time it was still rather loud, noisy. But the food is GREAT, I will definitely return.

Didnt care for any of the items on the Small Plates section of the menu. We were with a group of 4 and tried several of the Smorgasboard items--the Portabella Fries are to DIE FOR!!! All of us had different entrees and we all really thought the food was terrific. We will definitely return to this restaurant!

The menu and drinks at Trillium were outstanding. Fresh, subtle, and not too "cheffy," like many other LoDo/Ballpark dining spots. The austere wooden chairs, though, eventually made their hardness felt and distracted from the amazing meal, keeping us from staying and savoring dessert over coffee.
