TRIA - An American Brasserie offers inspired cuisine uniquely prepared and presented in a casual and engaging atmosphere. The seasonal American menu highlights local and sustainable foods. Specialties include Lake Superior Whitefish Taco; Local Pekin Duck--seared rare breast, braised thigh, leg confit, and a tart cherry jam; Brown Butter Seared Scallops; and The Henry Burger with Black Angus Beef; the "Chef's daily Chalkboard" is based on unique ways the chefs use different ingredients such as truffles, Michigan cheeses, or roasted red peppers, to perfect the ultimate special-of-the-day. More than 12 items on the menu are Gluten Free!

TRIA also features a rotation of barrel-aged cocktails created by a special aging process to enhance flavors of cocktails using tequila, vodka, whiskey, rum and gin. To celebrate the grape, TRIA has assembled more than 35 wines by the glass available in four sizes, including an 8 oz quartino meant for sharing.

  • "We frequent Tria for their Brunch buffet. Although they run this seven days a week, we usually go on Sunday for $23 per person. The buffet includes an assortment of continental items, traditional breakfast items, unlimited Mimosas, and made to order omelets and Belgian waffles. The atmosphere is generally reserved which makes it great for groups. You can also order breakfast off the menu. The menu entrées are also of equal quality. The French Toast is a must try."

  • "This was my first visit, the scenory was very beautiful, I had a reservation with the open table for 15 ppl for a birthday celebration. the hostess was very nice and friendly. the two servers were cool (Alan. the lady from Muford). the food was great, the seating was perfect. overall i had a great time and so did my husband and guest, i def. recommend this place, because im def coming back."

  • "This was the first time at Tria and it was great. The hostess asked if this was a special occasion and we said no but the gift card we got from our friends was for our 50th anniversary and we didn't think nothing of it. But after we finished dinner, which was just great, we ordered a dessert and when they brought it they also brought a plate with 2 little desserts sitting on top of a happy 50th anniversary icing written out. We were really surprised and want to thank you for that."

  • "I was so happy to see that Marty was still working as the valet/bell hop. The decor of the old Ritz Carlton lobby , lounge & dining room was modern, contemporary, & hip. The food was good, the server was average, expected better. Maybe she was just inexperienced. Loved the pianist! So nice to hear live beautiful music while enjoying dinner. Will return for dinner & possibly to fill out an application for a server, since they seem to need help. Have already given good reviews to friends on the positive points I mentioned. See you soon!"

  • "All food, wine, soup, salad v.good, except; lamp wrapped with spinach, seemed rare, and hard to chew. Never once did our server ask "how is your meal". I would have told her, as a few pieces were not able to be chewed and ended up discreatly hidden in my napkin. O5her that that, v good. We had valentines day 6:15 reservations."

  • "Tria is a gem! We had a wonderful experience. We were greeted upon arrival by a friendly hostess. The décor has a lot of beautiful art work throughout. The atmosphere is intimate and warm. The menu offers very interesting dishes, not your run of the mill items. The stuffed banana pepper is wonderful if you like spicy. The Swedish meatballs were delicious. The Smores cocktail is a must. Our waiter was very attentive and helpful recommending dishes. The menu was on an ipad, which allowed you to click on the item which brought up a picture and description. Marty will have your car warm and waiting, if you valet!"

  • "We reserved a seat in the dining area and prior to our reservation, asked one of the ladies at the desk if we could take a look at the menu. She handed us 2 menus and said that they would both be served tonight. One was a Prix Fixe menu with steaks, chicken, fish, etc and the other was a cheaper menu with pizza, burgers, etc on it. When we arrived, we sat down in the dining area and were handed a menu. We weren't handed the cheaper menu and when we asked about it, we were told you can only order off that menu in the bar area (which was literally 5 feet away from our table). So we had to move 5 feet to the bar area just to order off that menu. This is absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. However, the waiters and waitresses are very friendly."

  • "The restaurant was very good but the e tablets used for the menu were too high tech and didn't list prices easily. My 88 yr old aunt didn't like them and although I am 66 I have an iPhone and iPad and thought they were difficult. The seating by the fireplace was nice. The food was very good."

  • "Overall disappointing food, especially for the premium charged for the prix fixe menu. The duck was EXTREMELY tough and gristly. Prawn cocktail sauce lacked heat. Bland vinaigrette on Arugula salad. Saving grace was perhaps the well executed soufflé. Service was great. Dining room is comfortable. Decor is elegant. Always like to give a place a second chance, so will go back sometime; but do not know when."

  • "We experienced Tria on Christmas Eve and while the ambience and service was outstanding the food was somewhat mediocre for $65 per person. Our service provider, Allan, was simply outstanding. Knowledgeable, polite, non intrusive, we couldn't have had a better waiter. This outstanding service level actually started from the time one enters the restaurant."

  • "I've eaten at Tria many times in the past, but never had the opportunity to dine for breakfast. My husband and I decided to spend the night at The Henry, then have breakfast in the morning. We both decided on the breakfast buffet. The quality of the food on the buffet was excellent, however, it lacked variety. One thing we noticed was the absence of oatmeal. Doesn't every breakfast buffet have oatmeal?? Only whole milk was available for cereal (unless you asked the server to bring you something else). And finally, the only egg choice was scrambled (no made to order eggs). On a postive note, the bacon, pastries, potatoes and fruit were to die for!! Beverages are included in the price. The service was excellent."

  • "We just hosted a holiday luncheon for 22 people at Tria. Our tables were set up in a beautiful room, and the service was impeccable, from the valet parking, to the host (Mark), and the server. All took great care of us, and made us feel very welcome. Our group had two options for lunch: the full menu, or, for those with time pressure, a soup, salad, sandwich, and dessert buffet. About a third of our group opted for the latter, with the remainder ordering from the menu. Regardless of choice, the comments concerning the food were all positive: "great", "delicious", and "more!" The mini dessert trays were a big hit, and our group had a great time. Tria always takes good care of us."

Their menu's were presented on electronic tablets for each guest instead of printed which I thought was pretty near. Def. would recommend and go there again!"

  • "The food overall was pretty good and the portions were very large. The burger was ~1/2 pound with lots of toppings for only $12. The spicy lamb pizza was at least 12". It had too much cheese for me, but the taste otherwise was good. This restaurant is in a hotel so I think it's mostly people staying at the hotel, but it's not a bad place to go if you are in Dearborn. The bar was full of people and it was a bit noisy. Service was outstanding. The waitstaff helped get my grandma a higher chair and pillow and even made her some tartar sauce on request."

  • "My girlfriends and I decided to come to Tria for some cocktails and dinner. First of all, I'm all about technology but I'm not sure how I feel about their menu being on an IPad. I feel that a menu should always be on paper. Regardless, the cocktails were delicious and moderately priced. Our server was very attentive and always there if we had questions. The food....eh...not impressed. I love a good fish taco. I was very disappointed. It was dry and flavorless. My girlfriend got the salmon and it was dry as well. I'll come for the cocktails...not for food."

  • "We ate at Tria on a Thursday evening, the start of our four night stay at the hotel in which it is located. It wasn't very busy; the business travelers had left for the week and the weekend guests had not yet arrived. The room is quite lovely, but there's loud piped in music, so you can barely hear each other. The bar at the end of the room was quite busy. We wanted to like the place, but there were just too many miscues in both the service and the food. The best dish was the pike sausage. Portions are enormous. Dishes were cleared before both of us were finished. We waddled upstairs totally stuffed. There is a quite nice breakfast buffet which we took advantage of during our stay."
