Service was good. Kids loved the tablet menus with photos of many dishes. Two adults tried fish tacos and loved them. Cream of tomato and vegetable soups were delicious. The menu is a nice mix of small plates and dinner entrees, so your group can sample many small selections or order a few larger ones. Most of the ingredients are local and fresh. The wine list is reasonably priced and well selected. Though I have never been disappointed with a meal at Tria, sometimes the dishes can lean towards the blander side, perhaps in an attempt to allow the local ingredients to stand on their own. The tomato bisque was outstanding and the presentation of all our food was beautifully presented. Service was warm and friendly, but could have been a little quicker. (It took us an hour and a half for lunch.) All the art work around the restaurant and hotel were delightful to look at while eating. My wife loved her mushroom lasagna. We had the breakfast buffet, also. It was good. The eggs were tasty. The french toast was disappointing--bland and a little mushy. Would definitely go back again. The menu was laid out different than most menus but it included so many great options. They made just an ordinary grilled cheese into a rockstar snd the filet was unbelievable. Located in The Henry, this restaurant rises far above the usual hotel restaurant, and is a destination in and of itself. The menu is gently tweaked seasonally, and is currently featuring a delicious lobster roll, topped with lime aioli. This is a wonderful sandwich, and, when paired with a cup of the featured spinach and artichoke soup, makes for a great, albeit filling, lunch.
