Special Events & Promotions: TRIA will be featuring an assortment of over 100 different bottles of wine. We will be offering over 35 glass pours available in four sizes; 2oz sampling, 5oz standard glass pour, an 8oz quartino meant for sharing, and of course by the bottle. We use a product called VineyardFresh® to preserve our vast collection of wines by the glass. VineyardFresh® is 100% pure Food Grade Argon gas that creates a vapor barrier between the wine and the oxygen, preventing oxidation from spoiling the wine.

TRIA - An American Brasserie offers inspired cuisine uniquely prepared and presented in a casual and engaging atmosphere. The seasonal American menu highlights local and sustainable foods. Specialties include the Angry Seafood Cocktail, Pork Plate with Roast Chop, Seared Diver Scallops with Sweet… Pea Puree and Beluga Lentils, and The Henry Burger with Black Angus Beef. Flatbreads and pasta dishes are also signatures of TRIA. The Chef's "inspired" Mac n' Cheese is based on unique ways the chefs use different ingredients such as truffles, Michigan cheeses, roasted red peppers, or dry aged ham to perfect the ultimate comfort food.

"The Little Restaurant that is trying hard. We ahve dined there a few times. It is trying to stand out from the Hotel, But it is still a Hotel Restaurant. They are trying to put out a Bistro Feel but it is not working. The place still looks liks a small banquet room in the hotel. Get a new designer and give it a go. Your menu and your decor are like Peanut Butter and Ketchup....Good, But not together."

"We were celebrating a birthday and the restaurant created a lovely plate of deserts for my guest. We both had the scallops, which were tender, seasoned perfectly and presented beautifully. The pea puree garnish was an interesting and enjoyable "touch." But there really wasn't much food -- a vegetable side would have been nice since I didn't order a salad. Everything is ala cart! The waiter was very pleasant. Nice contemporary decor, which is a plus. However, the menu was a bit sparse, especially if you're not a big meat eater. Hopefully, the menu options will increase with time. We had an early dinner - 6:30 and there were other diners and people gathered at the bar, so I think Tria is catching on. Enjoyabe --I'll definitely go back!"

"It is in The Henry Hotel and is the hotel bar as well as restaurant.
The food is excellent, the prices were much better than I expected. The hotel is lovely, but you still feel as if you are in a "hotel restaurant" as it flows into the hotel lobby. Overall it's a find for the value.
