This was my 18th visit to Las Vegas and I have never missed visiting this wonderful restaurant. And when I go there without a reservation and have to wait for as long as an hour at times, will first have a tiramisu and then walk around and end up again with one more for dessert.
Great ambience, service and food.

Going there for dinner, the seating was quick and the service was really good. If you chose an appetizer get the Bruscetta as it was the best I have tasted. Large portions which I think would be surprised if someone could finish the entire dish in one sitting. With being in the forums and next to a fountain it is also a good spot to people watch and the atmosphere is great. I would recommand this restaurant to anyone that is going to Vegas.6/1/2013 12:00:00 AMDecent place in a great locationTrevi is just inside the Forum shops at Caesar's, a location that works will for hotel guests and casual shoppers alike. And sitting "outside" near the fountain was enjoyable as well. The food was... good. Not fantastic, but very enjoyable, and the price matches that fact. My wife and I both had the Diavolo, and, upon ordering, were cautioned that it was spicy (as Diavolo should be). When it arrived, however, it was not. We arrived 6 minutes after our reservation time of 9pm. The restaurant was nearly full, and we were seated immediately. All service staff were very attentive. The food was very good. Excellent flavors, and appropriately hot. The portions were good - not monster size as in some restaurants, but quite adequate. Great people watching - well dressed, good looking crowd. Although it is not what I would consider fancy, the fare is quite good and the ambiance is tremendous. When you make a reservation, try to get a seat next to the fountain. Wonderful wait staff and management. We were delighted. Only one snag, with our Landry's "gift card"-turned out to be a voucher (had to use all $100 at a time), and complicated our bill. The realistic cloudy blue-sky ceiling slowly moves into a sunset glow and back again--beautiful fountain, wonderful food, and a nice wine list.
If you want a quieter, more intimate table, Trevi has indoor seating as well. The restaurant is incircled around the main center Roman fountain as you enter the mall from the main casino floor, great backdrop, but the water is a bit loud so you have to speak up a little for your friends to hear your converstation. The food is well presented and taste very fresh. The food portions are decent and the price, although a bit high, are understandable considering the view and location.
