Diner Reviews
  • "My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Trevi 5. It was by far the best meal we had during the week. The night before we dined at the Circular Dining Room, and while the food was wonderful, Trevi 5 was a more enjoyable experience for us. The food was cooked perfectly, and the ambience was quiet and low key."

  • "As someone ago was driving from Florida back to Massachusetts, it was a little out of the way, but worth every extra mile and penny."

  • "We were at the Hershey Hotel overnight for a mother and daughter spa day. We ate dinner at Trevi 5 and it was outstanding. From the appetizers, to the entrée to the dessert. Service was over the top."

  • "Tried to book the Circular for a pre theater dinner, but it was filled, so we went to Trevi 5 instead. Trevi 5 was a disappointment. I was expecting Hotel Hershey quality and that's not what we got. I had a hanger steak special that was not special at all. I had the "Baby" Spinach salad with Pine Nuts. The spinach was not what I consider baby, but old and tough and the 5 pine nuts they added were hard to find. The Salted Caramel Budina was outstanding. Overall service was excellent, but we expected much more for dinner for four at $287, including tip but only two desserts and wine was separate. Unfortunate that the Hotel cannot make Trevi 5 better given a beautiful space and a time honored reputation."

  • "Excellent food, Varied menu from casual (pizza et. al.) to special dishes worthy of return, and recommendations to friends. Menu changes periodically, so no visit is the same. Our special place to eat when in the area- will always plan one night at Trevi 5."

  • "I was very pleased with the entire process. Everything went very smoothly, and it was a great restaurant to start our girls weekend with! They even had things that were gluten free for one of the people in our party."

  • "You guys were fantastic! Greg Kaiser was an awesome host, and our waitress Lisa took great care of us. We are vegetarians; there were few veggie options in the menu, at the same time, the kitchen was accommodating and custom-created a dish for us."

  • "There were 8 of us, so we did a little of this and a little of that. Everything was very good. Highly recommended."

  • "Trevi V has a great ambiance for lunch. The menu is diverse with an Italian theme (pannini, pizza, salads, pasta). The service is very attentive. The food is good and consistent. I have been using this for business lunches for out of town colleagues - they all have been impressed."

  • "Great atmosphere, great food and great service. What more could you want! Be sure you check out the menu before you come. They have some unusual combinations, so don't expect your plain old spaghetti! You might find Boar in theirs! But everything was tasty, if you are willing to venture outside the ordinary!"

  • "House made pizzas and pastas were excellent. Very creative and tasty items on the menu. Service was friendly and efficient. I just returned from Italy and this food is better and very authentic to what I found in my travels."

  • "Food is great, ambience is wonderful in the back room if looking for quieter and romantic atmosphere, main dinning area gets a bit noisey. Love the friendly and professional service."

  • "great for trying new foods or experiencing a new way to preparing familiar foods. I had the seafood risotto and husband had pork belly. A friend had fig and arugala pizza. For those who don't like to go too off the culinary beaten path there are less gourment choices. all dishes made us happy."

  • "I had lunch here with three friends during a conference. We were seated immediately, and the staff was attentive and helpful. The food was delicious! We had panini sandwiches and pizza, and everyone was very happy with their meal. I am looking forward to returning for dinner very soon!"

  • "Have eaten at the Circular Dinning, and frequent Forebay (@ the Lodge), this was our first visit to Trevi 5 and it will not make our return list. It wasn't that it was bad, I will call it just fair, but for a $150 ticket for four, just can't see it again. The mediocre service, less than fair wine list, extremely poor bourbon choices, and weak menu; I would give it one mark higher than an a dinner at Feniccis (which is a one star dinning experience). We'll just stick with the Forebay when in Hershey."

  • "Trevi 5 was an excellent choice for dinner after a busy day on the road. We were seated against a wall away from the crowd which I thought was a bit odd. It actually turned out to be a great spot to relax and enjoy our dinner without too much noise. Our server was Katie and she did an excellent job. Our food was brought to our table at a comfortable pace. We ordered the butternut squash and shrimp caponata for an appetizer. It was served on 3 crostini and it was delicious. I ordered the vegetable ravioli...excellent! My husband ordered the penne bolognese which was a larger portion than mine but he thoroughly enjoyed it. So our busy day ended with a pleasant server, an excellent dinner and a wonderful memory. Thank you to all at Trevi 5."

  • "Trevi V is a restaurant in the Hotel Hershey. This is a very good lunch spot. The waitstaff are courteous, the romm has a great mabiance and the food choice are varied and quite good including pasta, sandwiches, salads and desserts. In addition, you can see some of what the hotel has to offer if you are a visitor. This is a slightly special place for lunch that will impress a visitor or just a very good place for lunch if you are a locale and want to treat yourself to better than chain food."

  • "Very nice place inside Hershey Hotel. They make their own ricotta which we had on bruschetta and Manicotti ! Unbelievable! The service was exceptional also! Would very much recommend this to anyone wanting a nice night out!"

  • "I've eaten at plenty of nice places. Trevi5 is a beautiful establishment. However management sucked. If your trying to relax and order a small plate. They want the plate removed and n to the next course. I understand that, when it's winter and you have no business. Wealthy people come into to relax and enjoy a meal before heading out on the town or to bed. Note to the owner of Trevi5 treat your costumers right and your business will Flourish. I will revisit, I'll just sit at the bar! It's winter add specials so that when I order something next time it's not SALTY!!"

  • "Perfect dinner for a day trip to Hershey Spa. Great way to experience the Hotel Hershey without being an overnight guest. Food is excellent and the prices are reasonable. Servers are wonderful. Whether an overnight guest, a day tripper or just stopping by, Trevi 5 makes you feel the ambiance og a grand hotel."

  • "The service was excellent as was the food, but if you're looking for a quiet place, with ambience….this isn't it. Bright lights, loud and lots of kids. Consider yourself informed."

  • "This was our first meal at Trevi. We were in town for Christmas with family. Great food and service. Festive atmosphere. Looking forward to returning when the weather is warm & we can take advantage of the outdoor area!"

  • "Service was impeccable. Varied menu, not your typical Italian are. Portions were not too large. Restaurant was brightly lit. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals."

  • "Overall I was very disappointed with my Trevi 5 experience. Children were left to run around the dinning area. The noise level was quite energetic. While serving another table a waitress dropped her martini shaker providing a chocolate martini shower for our table. I understand that accidents happen; however, no one from the restaurant even acknowledged that we were sprayed and I now have to get my suit dry cleaned because there are still chocolate spots on it. My filet mignon was overcooked. After having two small bottles of wine which we split between three people over a two hour dinner, our server refused to serve us any more drinks even though we had a designated driver. It will be awhile before I choose the Trevi 5 again."

  • "I took a friend from Italy. We had a chocolate martini which was not to our liking. We opted to share the duck, which was undercooked (we ordered medium) and the ravioli that came with it was also undercooked. We finished neither. The green beans were perfect. We also shared a "tuscan" pizza and that was a savior, or we would have left very hungry. My glass of wine was good, but for $80.00, I sure could have enjoyed a lot of good wine and pizza several times!!! My friend from Italy was gracious, but said nothing of the food was Italian."

  • "Hotel Hershey has been my favorite place in central PA for many years - have eaten in the Circular Dining room many times. This was my first time in Trevi 5 - I'm thinking about bringing my grandson there for a 21st birthday celebration after Christmas. He will be home from college and I think that would be a great place. Devon Seafood is his favorite restaurant, but he has not been to Hotel Hershey, and I think Trevi 5 would be a great place."
