Private Party Facilities: The Tequila Museum Event Space - a very large, dramatic space which is perfect for big events. It has tequila barrels lining the walls, with large pictures taking visitors through the process of harvesting agaves and making tequila and the first tajona to ever leave Mexico. For one of the most unique private events available anywhere, the room can be lined with street carts, like the ones found in the markets in Mexico. Guests can wander from cart to cart sampling tacos, guacamole, enchiladas, beer and margaritas. Seats up to 150 people.

"Went to TRES with a group of 6 and they sat us in a semi-private room that was beautiful. It was a SF Giants game day so the restaurant was pretty packed so I was happy to be away from everyone with our group. The menu items are on the pricey side for what you get but the food itself was fantastic. I had the Adobe Pork taco's and they are those mini taco's, comes with 3 with no sides and i paid $16 for it...but it was yummy! The restaurant is pretty cool inside, very nice ambiance and decor."

"They brought a drink out we ordered before our entrees after we had all completely finished all of our food. They also took 35 minutes to bring the check, even after we asked for it 3 times because we were running late for a friend's birthday party. The drinks were pretty good, the food was fine but totally overpriced."

"Mediocre overpriced food. Horribly noisy. Excellent margarita. Overall a lousy dining experience. I wouldnt go back but would warn my friends to stay away. Seems like a gimmick for the nondiscerning."

"Loved the ambiance (brick wallls, open, but cozy at the same time) and the special staff attention/education selecting tequila...The food was a perfrect fusion of Old World Jalisco Mexican and California cuisine...The most delicious and manageable fish tacos I have ever had!
For a busy, hotspot, it was perfect for dinner conversation"

"We went here based on a recommendation from a friend. I think if we went for cocktails it would be great. Unfortunately, we went for dinner. The ambiance when we walked in was great--wood burning fire aroma, good lighting nice rustic decor. The margaritas were very good. After that.....very mediocre food. Even the chips and guac were a bore. All four of us were ready to call it quits after finishing half of our meals."

"Terrible service. My friend ordered something that was way too spicey. The waiter challenged her and said that it was not spicey. Was very rude and reluctant to send the food back to the kitchen."

"The newly remodeled space is very noisy. At lunch the space was full, very noisy. Tables are so close together that it was difficult to move into the seating. The chile relleno sauce was much too watery though tasty. A basket of chips was not put on the table. This place will appeal to a younger crowd that does not mind the busy ambience."

"You can't go wrong with the carnitas and ceviche. This place is a family staple. Though if you don't follow baseball, it's a good idea to check if there is a game before you go. It is swamped on game days."
