As always AMAZING! The service and wine are always great, but the reason we keep going back is Chef Gray's menu that is truly like no other, and every time we go back there is something new and delicious. Chef Gray is now making his own house sausages!! Cannot wait to go back.

They ran out of 3 things that i ordered after i ordered them so that was a bit frustrating. What i did get to eat was very good with the exception of the beans which were cooked less than desired. The ham hock ravioli was fantastic.

Four of each had different salads and pasta dishes. All were wonderful. The pasta noodles in the tagliatelle and papardelle entrees were tender and rich-tasting. Desserts were spectacular.

Great cuisine, an under stated sofistication of our favorite italian dishes, well presented, extremely falvorsome and great value. The staff were wonderful and attentive. We have been frequenting this restaurant over several years and we truly can see the difference that Chef Ian Gray has brought to this place in menu selection, fresh seasonality and elegance. A magical transformation under his leadership. Chef Gray, we believe, would easily be a James Beard Young Chef Awardee. A must to try, to experience Chef Gray's creations.

It's simple. Tosca's food is brilliant on so many levels. The menu is diverse, refreshing and unique. A true gastronomy delight in Minneapolis. Tonight, I had the pleasure of meeting Chef Ian Gray. His ideals about cooking are simple: local and seasonal. This is well represented throughout Tosca's menu. I started eating here regularly shortly after Chef Gray started in July 2010. His menu has continually evolved and only getting better. Excellent entrees, deserts and staff. Overall a fantastic experience. A must try!

Just love this place. Hadn't been for a couple of months and wow - so glad we returned. The celery salad and green salad were fabulous and totally out of the box for simple salads. The tagiatelle with chicken confit was to die for! Will go back really soon - do make this a regular spot on your local restaurant cycle.

We've been to Trattoria Tosca numerous times and Chef Ian Gray never disappoints. Great menu that changes regularly, amazing flavors, and friendly service staff. Can't wait until our next visit! The food is definately the gem of this restaurant, Gray has definitely set the standard here.
