After 8 successful years on Manhattan's Upper East Side, Trata has opened its brand new Hamptons location in Water Mill. Like our sister location in NYC, fresh flown-in seafood from the Mediterranean is our specialty. An all-Greek wine and beer selection, the finest olive oil from Crete, sea salt from the Aegean, and figs from Sparta are just some of what you will find here, along with traditional Greek hospitality. With our spacious, crisp white dining room, Trata brings the Greek islands to the Hamptons.
