Hours of Operation: Tramonto is open for Dinner from 5pm until 10.30pm, Sunday through Thursday and from 5pm until 11pm on Friday and Saturdays. We do recommend calling ahead or making a reservation on-line, especially if you are considering dining before a show in the River Rock Show Theatre or entertaining a large party.

"Most definitely a top-notch experience. Unreasonably pricey though. Dinner for two: Shared appetizer and glass of Chardonnay each, two entrees and glass of Cab each, shared dessert. Nothing over-the-top. After tax & tip, came to about $240. Overall I'd say the experience was WORTH about $150 total. At their current pricing, we probably won't go again. Saturday night 7pm reservation... the restaurant was only at about three-quarters capacity. If this is their peak, perhaps they should consider that their high prices may be driving customers away. Nice enough place - if they bring their prices down I would go again!"

"Great service, great food - we celebrated our 30th anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The hostess sat us at a lovely table, the waiter was very helpful in his suggestions, the food was very nicely presented and every bite was delectable."

"The hostess was lovely and greeted us with a smile and offered to hang our coats. We were brought to a beautiful table near the window where the table centre piece was spring flowers. I think candles would be a nice touch as well, but the place looked great. I would definitely recommend making reservations, especially on the weekend. There's no harm in planning ahead!

For starters we shared an order of escargot and the crab cake. The crab cake is quite big so it was nice to share. Both had great flavours. For our mains we had the lamb shank and pheasant. Amazing flavours and presentation was beautiful as well. We shared a bottle of wine and our server made sure our glasses were at the perfect level all night. Will be back!"

"Usually i love the place. this time it didnt quite live up to past experience. Just good, not great. There was no one to greet us when we arrived. Had gnocchi lobster appetiser. The gnocchi was out standing, the the sauce way to garlicy and over powering. the lobster was over cooked. Entre of Sable fish was superb and so was the gelato for desert. My wine glass was empty ...twice. i had to top up my own glass when my server was just steps away, watching. i know... sounds whiney, but that's what we pay the big bucks for!"
