As the starter it set the tone. The salmon and shrimp that came out with that course were equally as good. For the dinner part, I would have to say the 2 best items were the bacon wrapped filet and the filet. The skirt stake was tough and had no seasoning. The baby beef was not good either. The chicken was actually really good but dry. We all still enjoyed the dinner. I think if I returned I would be more choosy as to what meat I would eat based on this experience.

The only concern I have was that the photograph of the salmon on the menu was by far more attractive than the actual servings. One order of the salmon looked like small chunks of filet as it was so darkly covered with spices and SALT. Another order was placed for the salmon to be NO SALT. Unfortunately, it was just as small chunks, but must have been marinaded in salt! That was the only disappointment of the evening. All side dishes, dessert, and OMG - that salad bar - were delightful. Thank you for a very pleasant dinner.4/19/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat food, odd locationWe arrived for dinner on a Wednesday night at 7:45 pm and thought the place was closed;not many cars in the parking lot. We needn't have made a reservation;the place is huge,but only about 15 people were there.Food selection was great:shrimp,salmon,all kinds of beef and chicken.All was well-seasoned and delicious,with the exception of the beef ribs,which I found to be a bit fatty.Service was also very good,with smiling,friendly waiters. We thought the location was odd--they might do more business if they were located at The Fountains or some other area that is a bit more populated. While we enjoyed our meal,we sort of felt as though we were keeping the staff from going home for the evening,because there were so few diners there.4/17/2013 12:00:00 AMfantastici took my best friend there for her birthday a a special treat and we were very impressed. the food, wine and service was fantastic. I have been bragging ever since. The only thing is we felt a little over dressed when we saw the other patrons believing it was needed to be in upper scale attire.
